"A very easy and straight forward piece of software."

What do you like best?

I like that this software has really helped us in our efforts to streamline our practices, cut down on excess labor, and improve the quality of our finished products and projects. What's not to love?

What do you dislike?

This software is so amazing and easy to use, there is nothing to dislike! Everything is intuitive and easy to explain to other team members. No complaints here.

This helps our teams brain storm and problem solve in real time. All of the elements designed are securely stored so there is minimal concern regarding concept theft. With its ease of use, we're able to get much more done than previously before.

"Used With a Team "

What do you like best?

I was an editor with BeeCanvas when I worked with a team of other photographers and honestly I was the best tool we had. We all had access to the same design-storm and were all able to edit 'live'. We were able to add ideas and help each other all at the same time no matter where we were. The best thing was being able to have others add to my ideas and design on there without having to email back and forth.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas. It is truly awesome.

You can download BeeCanvas and try it for yourself. Add some one access as an editor and see how cool it is to co-work at the same time!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BeeCanvas is your best friend if you work with a team or in an office with others. Being able to co-edit and co-brainstorm at the same time without the wait and annoyance of emailing back and forth has been SO helpful. The ease of use and quality of support is also unmatched.

"Clean Communication "

What do you like best?

I LOVE BeeCanvas. The ability to update things LIVE with everyone (who is allowed access) keeps communication clean and clear when you are working on a team. That is probably the best thing about this app. The templates are also my favorite feature.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas at this time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The trial is free (or was free at least when I joined) I would check that out and then download the software to try it out!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The greatest benefit is that it offers a sort of design scape for everyone involved so it's like everyone brainstorming at once. This has been awesome. One person can add to my idea and vice versa at the same time. I think a lot of our creative design was due to this feature. The drag and drop options are also an amazing addition to this software.

"Amazing Visual Collaboration"

What do you like best?

I LOVE BeeCanvas. My favorite part is that I can add post-it style notes and photos via the drag & drop option. It is super easy to edit them and rearrange them how I want after placement. This helps me with organizational design and staying on top of things.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas. They did have a glitch last year, but it was quickly fixed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a REALLY wonderful app especially if you work with others. It eliminates miscommunication while editing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to co-edit with others LIVE has been a game changer. The whiteboards are available for all who are approved to edit and this has mad working together from afar a cinch.

"So Great For Concepts and Collabs"

What do you like best?

BeeCanvas helps you craft your own visual workplace where you can edit, post, and share concepts. My favorite thing about BeeCanvas is that you can collect and organize documents, links, videos, and images and then organize them however you would like.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas. It's one of my very favorite ways to collaborate.

BeeCanvas is defiantly the single best platform I have come across to collab with others. DEFINITELY worth creating an account.

BeeCanvas offers real-time collaboration which eliminates the back-and-forth problem many people experience when trying to work with one another from afar. This makes managing visual projects easy when team members can connect with each other LIVE wether they are on a mobile device or a PC.

"Love it! "

What do you like best?

Real-time whiteboards allow you to collaborate as if you’re in the same room. It’s the easiest way to work alongside others and communicate in my opinion.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas ...It has been a tremendous business aid for our whole team .

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is such a great way to edit and design. There is no reason not to try it out especially if you work with others.

Co-working is so much easier with BeeCanvas. We used to have to all be in the same room every time we wanted to share something with each other. Now that things are live while editing anyone can see the designs as they are updated and at their own desk or home.

"Create a project quickly and in a team."

What do you like best?

This program works excellently, has different plans according to the need that can be presented, is a complete program and easy to manage, being a very good option for small or medium enterprises, this program allows you to quickly organize all kinds of projects, allows you to create them and get results with a professional quality and very friendly, offers the ability to manage through mobile device so you can have access to all data at any time you need. This program is perfect for teamwork and real-time project processing.

What do you dislike?

This tool works perfectly, so I can not think of any problem or something that I dislike, if anything I would comment is that it can become an incomplete tool for large companies.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend taking a free trial of this program and taking into account what type of company you have, it is important to note that it may be a little limited for large companies, so I recommend it for small or medium businesses.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With this application it has been possible to save a great amount of time and it has been possible to finish the project faster thanks to the organizational options contained in this tool, in addition to allowing employees to always be aware of the activities of the company without the need to be present at the time, also has a great capacity for customization giving much freedom when organizing ideas and projects in which you are going to work.

"All in One "

What do you like best?

I absolutely love BeeCanvas and all it has to offer. My two favorite things about it is that it is seamlessly integrated with DropBox making image uploads completely effortless AND the whiteboards are updated LIVE. This makes working with my partners very easy.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything about BeeCanvas at the moment. My team and I have used it for a while now and haven't experienced any issues.

There is everything to love about BeeCanvas. You will miss out if you don't give it a try!

Being able to make some edits and then have a business partner continue the edit form across the world or the nation is VERY beneficial. It makes working together, from afar, really easy.

"Great for Co-Working "

What do you like best?

BeeCanvas keeps everybody on the same page. Whether you’re at your desktop, or on the go with our mobile app, because the whiteboards are in real time, everyone can stay on the same page at all times. BeeCanvas is by far the greatest software that I have used for a visual workspace. I have tried quite a few and the way BeeCanvas allows you to organize your creative work outshines the rest of them. Another one of my favorite parts of BeeCanvas are the demos that they incorporate into the subscription. Sometimes beginning a new software can be intimidating and BeeCanvas make it very easy and simple to learn and navigate a new system.

What do you dislike?

So farI haven't disliked anything. BeeCanvas has overdelivered when it comes to a platform for creative design and workspace.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My only recommendation is to try it. You will fall in love with this software and have nothing to compare it to once you learn its ropes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits of real-time helps tremendously with avoiding back and forth emails and or phone calls between others I am working with. It makes things really simple. Another big problem that this software solves for business is giving someone who is a beginner the edge of learning sophisticated design with their demos and tutorials.
