It's easy to use and train with. It's great for mobile and desktop. The customer service is very responsive.
1.The exported reports have a bunch of data columns I don't need so I have to delete them every month.
2. If you're not in the right view (admin vs user) you don't see the other items you need. \
3. It is clunky and not handy to have to drag and drop each feature from the top to the main screen.
Different costs per task and costs per person or per project. Tracking time for all the different kinds of employees.
How easy it is too inpt information. You can put in as little or as much as you need.
There is alot of different sections to complete for one job. It is ewasy to do, but there is alot.

We work on tickets - Beebole helps us track budget available and consumed by times spend on tickets.
We track time worked on projects, and also track time on non-billable projects. Beebole is easy for everyone to use. I don't get complaints, and some new staff express how easy it is to use compared to what was used at the previous company. I generate several different reports to look at timesheet data and easily export reports to Excel. What I most appreciate though is how thorough their support team has been when I seek answers to questions or attempt something that makes sense to me but I can't find a way to do it. They have been awesome, which is a compliment I won't make for most companies, especially post in the past 3 years.
I have attempted to set up the budgeting capability in Beebole. For us, it is insufficient for the way staff track budgets on projects. Some projects have contractors and others extend for a year or several more, with rate changes and even budgetary changes along the way. We let go of attempting to use Beebole for this purpose.
All but one staff bill clients for their services. I do the invoicing and payroll for their work. Beebole is essential in these processes. I didn't set it up initiallly and when I took on these tasks I was able to quickly learn Beebole and adapt it further to the tasks I perform. I don't want to even investigate another software at this point. Beebole works great for us!
It is simple to use, reasonably priced and great for clients who I copy timesheets to with my fee notes.
As I am only a one man band I don't need a lot of the functionality.
Beebole is a great personal discipline as it encourages me to be mindful of my time and to make sure that I record the work that I am undertaking for Clients.
It allows me to feel relaxed about sending out bills as I have the back up to show the time I have used.
I love how many ways there are to customize your experience! There are so many different modules you can use, and I appreciate the level of detail you can add to different projects, like subprojects, tasks, etc.
This may be a feature I just haven't figured out yet, but more customized email reminders to get time in would be helpful.
It contains a great deal of information that I need to create our invoices. Different projects require different levels of detail on their invoices and I appreciate that we can add so much of that to each project in BeeBole. It makes invoicing, especially T&M invoicing, very easy.
Everything is saved automatically. I can easily export data to Google Sheets. It is very easy to add new companies, projects, subprojects. It is easy to manage what options are available for each group of team members.
It does not have separate module for holiday leave / other absense motions.
I have all hours spent by each tem member in each project in one place and easy to filter and export. I use it for prepering billing for my Clients as well as to assess each team member (utilization of their time).
My company needs a timekeeping system that is DCAA compliant and we looked at a few alternatives. Beebole integrates easily into our GOOGLE WORKPLACE and it looks professional and of course, it is DCAA compliant. As we started to get more familiar with the application, we realized there are a lot of things we didn't NEED at first, but now we can't live without them (e.g. an easy to use API). We'll be Beebole users for life!
I just said it's easy to use, and it is...as far as the straightforward enter-your-timecard functions. But there are more complicated (yet useful) features that aren't as intuitive, like creating groups and the different levels of priveldges that you assume as either a person, project, etc. It would be nice to have some of those feature explained as I'm using it (I recognize I can attend a class and/or reach out to the help desk). But usually when I'm grinding away, I try to figure it out for myself. Having those pop-up bubbles would be useful.
I can keep track of all of my employees time, billable hours, and sales. I can also track at the project level and do all of this relatively easily. I can print reports and summarize company performance.
