I was skeptical when i first started using this system, after a recommendation by a dear friend. As i travel around a lot with my business all over the world and need to invoice customers from all over I have never found an invoice system that actually suits that need. But i was surprised at how easy it is to use, and how perfect this system was for my needs. The invoices look great. I had the pleasure of having the support team actually add a function i needed for me. I would strongly recommend BeeBills to anyone. Rock on guys! 🤟

"Single Best Invoice System "

What do you like best about BeeBills?

I switched from FreshBooks to BeeBills for a few reasons but the main one being that BeeBills is SO simple to use for EVERYone that is involved. While I am computer savvy some of my customers or clients are not and BeeBills has bridged the gap there. I like the automatic workflow feature the best.

What do you dislike about BeeBills?

I don't dislike anything so far about BeeBills.

Recommendations to others considering BeeBills:

It is probably the single greatest invoice system out there. It is SO easy to use AND it is FREE to try!

What problems is BeeBills solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you choose to "enroll" in the automatic workflow, your customers will get automatic reminders about the bills that are due. If they go unpaid they will be sent to "debt collection" and BeeBills notifies you on each step of the invoice process. This has been a great business tool and a great benefit.

Feels familiar at first use

PROS: This invoicing software stands out in the market due to its great ease of use. It felt familiar and intuitive more or less immediately, and had a lot of great functionalities on top of their great UI! I really like how it automates and streamlines the invoicing process - you can make the website send reminders and create recurring invoices directly if you want! Overall I have had a great experience.

CONS: The website is still lacking in some of the functionalities of the bigger players in the market, but from what I have gathered from their customer support team, most of these are fast on their way.

Er på jakt etter et fakturasystem og kom over dette. Første varsellampe var at systemet virket tregt. Etter hvert fikk jeg registrert det jeg skulle, men det var vanskelig å finne frem. Spesielt fordi noen plasser lå tekst i veien for annen tekst. Var og påkrevd at kunden måtte ha e-postadresse. Var og en blanding av engelske og norske tekster.
