Easy and Functional
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
As a teacher working virtually Beam Your Screen was an easy addition to live meetings and lessons with students. Its FREE!
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
The desktop beam did not work all the time, but that was more of a personal issue.

research what will work best for your clientele
What problems is BeamYourScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very similar to zoom screen sharing but easier to use without having to choose desktop view or app view

Nothing so far it seems like a great asset.

I think it is a great addition and even better than some of the exsisting ones. You never know I was spectic but I love it.

Screen sharing and conferencing is better alternative?
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
Participants do not want a download and quickly join meetings with the meeting-key. An exciting feature of Pausing the transmission of a meeting helps in flawless continuity. This software is firewall friendly.
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
Cost - When there are several freeware's in the market, this factor needs a re-visit.

VOIP - Does not have an integrated VOIP

BeamYourScreen - Collaboration and Screen-sharing Tool
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
What I enjoy best about this tool is the easy functionality and I find that it's very easy to navigate through and use.
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
What I currently dislike is the pricing options currently available. I wish they would offer more flexible price ranges for small organizations.

I would recommend doing research on the tool and the type of features you're looking for before investing in this tool.

This is a great tool to use for cross collaboration across larger teams and groups. Great way tool to use for communication across larger projects with multiple groups working on different areas.

What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
The ability to seamlessly show your screen to colleagues and clients. This works better than other similar products.
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
Limited help desk capabilities and not as mainstream as other options.
What problems is BeamYourScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to share presentations with the broader team in this new work from home environment. We are separated geographically more than ever and need this to keep everyone on the same page.

Easy to use for host and participants
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
It’s easy for me to use this when inviting clients to participate in either viewing of drafts of work I’ve created, or for presentation purposes. Unlike Zoom share my participants and other programs, my clients don’t need to download any software.

What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
Very very simple interface that is easy to follow and navigate through to accomplish the simple task of screen sharing.
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
Pricing, and this new license change that has merged two names into each other. It gets a little confusing when the original product is now sold through another program completely.

Good App BUT Pricing is Expensive
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
This program makes it so easy to do conferences and interact with your team members. The program is real time so it makes it easy to present and share information. The program is easy to use.
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
The cost of the program is very expensive compared to other competitors.
What problems is BeamYourScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this program solves the issue of employees missing out on meetings because they are working remotely. It allows us to collaborate together in real time and perform the same quality of work as if we were in person.

DO NOT USE! Top Notch Tech but Pricing could be a Road Block
What do you like best about BeamYourScreen?
It has a great ability to show your computer screen live not only to 1 person but 1000s. Makes our teleconferences a breeze. Team members could present and share information in real-time and across the country. DON'T USE!
What do you dislike about BeamYourScreen?
Pricing seems to be a bit high for a screen sharing company with many other competitors out there. Other than the pricing the software is pretty simple to learn and use. DO NOT USE!
Recommendations to others considering BeamYourScreen?
It will do the job of screen sharing but the monthly fees can get quite high. There might be other free or at least cheaper screen-sharing software out there, which could be advantageous to research before settling.
What problems is BeamYourScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of remote workers so we need to be able to share reports, graphs, and other business-related materials.
