What do you like best about Beams?

I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of Beams.ai. The interface is intuitive, and it doesn't take much time to get used to the platform. I also love the gratitude feature that Beams.ai offers, which makes recognizing employees easy and engaging.

What do you dislike about Beams?

One thing that I dislike about Beams.ai is the limited customization options available for the platform. While the tool is user-friendly and offers a lot of valuable features, I would love to have more flexibility in customizing the platform to better fit the needs of my team.

What problems is Beams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beams.ai has helped me to address a few key challenges that I was facing in my role. The analytics and reporting features have enabled me to gain valuable insights into employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. Also, Beams.ai has helped me to save time and increase efficiency in recognizing and engaging with employees, freeing up more time for other important tasks. "A Simple and Effective Tool for Measuring Employee Engagement"
What do you like best about Beams?

Beams is a straightforward tool that provides exactly what I need as a manager to measure employee

engagement. The engagement surveys are developed by career experts and psychologists, so I don't

have to spend resources creating them from scratch. After the employees complete their weekly survey, I

receive detailed statistics on each engagement parameter, which helps me spot engagement drops and

respond promptly. Additionally, my employees receive recommendations based on their survey results,

which is a valuable resource for them.

What do you dislike about Beams?

The tool only provides statistics by team, not by individual employee, which was initially a disappointment

for me. However, I've come to realize that this approach allows employees to share their feedback

anonymously, which leads to more honest feedback. So, it's more of a particularity than a drawback.

What problems is Beams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beams has become the foundation for building awareness in my company. The tool has made my

management team more aware of the current work climate, which gives us more power to influence

employee satisfaction and performance. My employees are also more aware of their well-being, and

Beams helps them stay on top of any issues that may arise, such as burnout.

"Great Choice for Boosting Workplace Productivity and Happiness"
What do you like best about Beams?

I love how Beams makes it easier for my team to become more productive by getting happier first. It helps create a healthier work environment with more trust and understanding between colleagues. As a manager, I get regular feedback now that allows me to stay aware of what’s going on in my team and how to help them feel better and stay focused. My favorite thing about Beams is its articles that contain easy-to-follow tips to encourage people to overcome their fears and gain confidence. As a result, I and my colleagues get along better and feel free to be open with each other. It allows me to make better decisions and avoid problems caused by miscommunication.

What do you dislike about Beams?

Actually, I cannot highlight Beams’ weak spots now. However, guys, how about creating a mobile app? It’s just a thought — I guess it would be great and attract even more users.

What problems is Beams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beams allows me to grow with my team — while they improve their performance, I boost my management and soft skills. Another thing that surely improves is communication. With this tool, my colleagues know I also care about their overall well-being, not just their outcomes. It allows us to build stronger work relationships with more trust and openness. Team members now better understand that they won’t be hung out dry if something goes wrong — I’m here for them to lend a hand and help find a way out.
