What do you like best about Beamer?

It's easy to use and extremely easy to integrate

What do you dislike about Beamer?

Should have more integrations with external platforms

What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Beamer, our product update emails were getting below 50% open rates and adoption of our new features was low. Using Beamer to replace email, we immediately saw 30% higher adoption with 50% less effort!

This tools is more then just inapp notification provider. Stunned with its analytics!.

Dashboards can be more engaging. More activities and events are required .

What do you like best about Beamer?

It's easy to use, and it allows you to notify your customers about all product news and other important changes!

What do you dislike about Beamer?

It could be improved when you have to segment your audience.

What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing is that you don't have to choose a time for communications: when you launch a new message, it remains on the left bar with a notification until the customer doesn't read it!

What do you like best about Beamer?

Your news feed will look professional and engaging and depending on your membership level with Beamer, you can boost posts as noticiations or top bars on the site to make sure that people have really seen an annaouncement.

I love that you can set expiration (and activation) dates for posts so you don't need to manually remove a post on a certain date. e.g. a webinar sign up.

Most of all, I really apprecaite the customer service which is available if you have any questions about using Beamer. The team are super helpful and patient and they have made it a no-brainer for me.

What do you dislike about Beamer?

Nothing really. For my use case, I needed to understand how to tweek things a bit. The product continues to improve all the time and the team help you if you need it.

Recommendations to others considering Beamer:

Dont hesitate - get it!

What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?

My members now know about updates as soon as they get on the site and I'm no longer using several tools to achieve the same thing. The set and forget nature of a post is made easy with the scheduling and expiration settings for each one.

What do you like best about Beamer?

We absolutely LOVE the customer support team. They are responsive, helpful, and have totally increased our ability to use Beamer more effectively! (Shoutout to Anna and Laura!!) We also love that the Beamer product keeps improving by adding features that are actually useful!

We love everything about Beamer...nothing to improve!

We are able to communicate to our users quickly without coding and development! Marketing has been able to push out promotions, education, and special relevant deals using Beamer. We can segment and personalize our messaging and we have seen an increase in engagement and a positive ROI when selling through Beamer. Plus, Customer Support is amazing and the product only keeps getting better and better!

What do you like best about Beamer?

Every time I want to customise our notifications to suit our product requirements, I'm always able to do so thanks to deep customisation options, backed by having Intercom support available within the app. Additionally, the Intercom integration works perfectly for us, and keeps our customers engaged with new feature updates.

What do you dislike about Beamer?

I don't really have anything negative to say about the product. The price is high, but you get what you pay for, which is a quality, polished product.

What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have significantly increased user engagement by beaming updates to our users within our app, so we know whether what we're doing is hitting the spot or not. The fact we're using "Beam" as a verb reiterates that Beamer have created a niche product which addresses the problem of telling users about new features within your product or service.

What do you like best about Beamer?

PRO'S

- Easy to add to your website

- Easy to get any message out there

- Users feel like there is good things going on with my website and brand

- Users can give fast feedback on your updates

- You can customize the colors very easily

- Good stats provided in the admin dashboard

What do you dislike about Beamer?

I hope in the future they can do the following:

- Custom Category

- Fix TImezone issues

- Multi-account

- Better link design (Especially for the CTAs)

What problems is Beamer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product is great and does its job and more. I had fun adding things to my changelog and receiving immediate engagement from my visitors. This solves my issue with my important posts on my blog being pushed down due to the number of entries per day.
