It's easy to use, and it allows you to notify your customers about all product news and other important changes!
It could be improved when you have to segment your audience.
The best thing is that you don't have to choose a time for communications: when you launch a new message, it remains on the left bar with a notification until the customer doesn't read it!
Your news feed will look professional and engaging and depending on your membership level with Beamer, you can boost posts as noticiations or top bars on the site to make sure that people have really seen an annaouncement.
I love that you can set expiration (and activation) dates for posts so you don't need to manually remove a post on a certain date. e.g. a webinar sign up.
Most of all, I really apprecaite the customer service which is available if you have any questions about using Beamer. The team are super helpful and patient and they have made it a no-brainer for me.
Nothing really. For my use case, I needed to understand how to tweek things a bit. The product continues to improve all the time and the team help you if you need it.
Dont hesitate - get it!
My members now know about updates as soon as they get on the site and I'm no longer using several tools to achieve the same thing. The set and forget nature of a post is made easy with the scheduling and expiration settings for each one.
We absolutely LOVE the customer support team. They are responsive, helpful, and have totally increased our ability to use Beamer more effectively! (Shoutout to Anna and Laura!!) We also love that the Beamer product keeps improving by adding features that are actually useful!

Every time I want to customise our notifications to suit our product requirements, I'm always able to do so thanks to deep customisation options, backed by having Intercom support available within the app. Additionally, the Intercom integration works perfectly for us, and keeps our customers engaged with new feature updates.
I don't really have anything negative to say about the product. The price is high, but you get what you pay for, which is a quality, polished product.
We have significantly increased user engagement by beaming updates to our users within our app, so we know whether what we're doing is hitting the spot or not. The fact we're using "Beam" as a verb reiterates that Beamer have created a niche product which addresses the problem of telling users about new features within your product or service.
They have a great support team who helped us with the integration of their API

The product is great and does its job and more. I had fun adding things to my changelog and receiving immediate engagement from my visitors. This solves my issue with my important posts on my blog being pushed down due to the number of entries per day.
