I have been a customer of beacons for roughly 6 months.

The technology is very fascinating.

This is a platform worth using. I upgraded to a domain name and everything. Customer service is great. Staff is helpful and friendly!

I required a Link-in Bio provider to aggregate all my URLs following a damaging experience with Link.tree and so I went on the hunt for something more professional and customer-friendly.

Beacons.ai offers outstanding premium features, even for a free package; such as lead generation, email marketing, newsletters etc. It opens up so many avenues to build, scale and monetise your business all 'under one roof'.
Impressively, if they cannot accept an external link, you will be notified immediately which means no risk to your integrity - unlike Link.tree, that is inconsistent in its interpretation of its own policies and who ban your account without notification or communication, leaving you to find out the hard way - once the damage has been done.
There are so many features to help you monetise, just best to go to their website and have a look.
Update: I had initially given Beacons.ai 5 stars but changed it to 4 because within 24 hours of setting everything up, Beacons.ai suddenly started displaying a 'this site can't provide a secure connection err_ssl_protocol_error', which seems to be a common error, according to online forums. Fortunately, there is a support function on their site to access a real human being for customer service instead of being directed solely to a bunch of help pages.

Please steer clear. Their AI may arbitrarily decide to suspend your account from sending emails then customer service takes weeks to respond. I've missed out on sending multiple promotions

Awful company with terrible customer support. They refuse to refund customers or stop recurring billing on actively canceled accounts. I’ve been disputing charges for over a month with no resolution in sight. This is one of the worst online companies I’ve ever dealt with. False charges continue, and even attempts to resolve the issue through PayPal disputes have failed to stop the charges. Avoid this company at all costs.

Site down and No Support.

As meny other former customers say - the site don´t work and beacons.ai does not answer any of my mails.

TERRIBLE customer support - and I hope not that they will steal my money from my card as well, but from what I´ve read that is within the realm of possibilities. DEEPLY disappointing.

Trash 🗑️ Extremely poor quality of service.

Somehow got on their "creator" tier without realizing it - and they have been charging me $10 a month - never sent me an email or any receipts of purchase, just quietly taking my money. I reached out to request a refund as I had never mean to sign up and had no idea what I was being charged for. They refused. Saying "all paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law." Scam.

it's really frightening. I report several phsing websites in one day and nothing happens... days later I report them again, only then is it deleted (but only reluctantly)

Then a week later the big phishing attack on the Facebook business customers starts........and it takes hours until someone responds to my messages...also stupid and probably extremely slow...and it's nobody's fault aware.... neither the cyber security authorities nor META/Facebook are informed....so here's a call to all damaged Facebook business users! please contact me...I am preparing the class action lawsuit

You guys stole my photos and content and are promote nudes and porn without my consent. I sent multiple messages and received no response. You guys are frauds, scammers, and if not resolved legal action will be resolved. I have already let you know lawyers have been contacted. You're performing identity fraud, fraud, theft, etc. Fix the issue or their will be heavy legal action. Also I'm a minor in some of those photos so if you got this photos you've been doing this since I was a MINOR photos.

SCAM WEBSITE! They say that when someone buys something from you via Paypal it will go instantly on your paypal, 2 days later and still no payments on my balance, not even showing that I made sales even when my customers confirmed with clean proof, do not use this website or you will be scammed, dont waste time.
