BatchGeo is praised by users for its simple interface and ability to quickly map large datasets, making it ideal for visualizing customer locations, planning routes, and analyzing geographical trends. Users appreciate the ease of importing data from spreadsheets and customizing markers. However, some users have expressed frustration with the limited free version's marker count and the lack of advanced features such as route planning or the ability to draw boundaries. While the user interface is generally well-received, some users find it could benefit from a refresh and more customization options.

We use it often. Easy user experience to implement and deploy big projects, Intuitive to use, and simple interface. Lots of different options to choose from. We have it integrated and we do use BatchGeo along with other software very often. So far I haven't needed to reach out to Customer support myself, but I've heard good things about it from my colleagues. Always willing to help.
It is hard to think about it now, but I'd say that probably with a slow internet connection you may have to wait a bit to load all the content.
It helps us organize big projects to improve the travel costs and planning when deploying them. - Allows us to keep track of everything in one place. Very easy to use and integrate with other platforms.
I really like the flexibility of creating the maps
For a very few addresses, it marks them in a totally different state even though they are correct.
We use BatchGeo to plan what customers we will serve each day to hit our deadlines.
I went from finding BatchGeo to generating my first map within 5 minutes. Had everything I needed and nothing I didn't.
I had a bit of trouble with the different map views, but once I figure it out, It was ok.
I used BatchGeo to generate maps for delivering Kickstarter rewards to locals in m city.
The ease of use with Excel and the printing
I can't say what I dislike. I use the free version. No complaints. I does what I need.
It sets up my routes very well
The best feature is being able to load various data sets relevant to our business up into BatchGeo and to filter and focus on what is essential.
BatchGeo is the leader in the mapping category and is not better known.
We sort data by specific criteria in a table, then BatchGeo helps us focus our energy by visualising customer data in the real world.
The popup box that shows all the information I need from my database, drag and drop is very easy to use, works well with Excel
I need to remember the format I want on the pop-up box because the labels of the box do not match the labels on my table.
I map where our field teams are planting churches in Africa and it's a great way to monitor their work. I can easily see that they are within the region where they are assigned to work. Also, I can tell if our teams might have inaccurately reported GPS coordinatesjust by looking at the map on Google Earth. I share the map with my team, and they are very excited about it. It helps them strategize operations and communicate with the field better.
I love that you can include the name associated with the address. It is much easier to connect the info with a name, rather than an address. The best update is that the addresses are auto fill. We have people who live on streets that are North or South but they neglect to provide (or even know) that this a required field for mapping sites.
My project has 450 addresses so I would love to have a large input capacity. I can break the sections to get the # down but I would love that flexibility. It could be helpful for the system to alter you that there are addresses/plot points outside/off the current screen so you don't forget anyone.
I am SOOOOO thankful that found BatchGeo because in 2 steps I can map my who group without "presorting". This saves me so much time! By inputting/plotting so many addresses at once I can see the clusters of people and outliers to determine how many helpers I need.
Updating information is a breeze as is double checking results. You get fabulous looking maps packed with data.
Almost nothing. Do not try to use on your phone is really about it.
Go for it!
I build maps that show underpriced properties in the real estate areas I serve.

Really can't say there's anything I dislike.
