I can pinpoint where customers are and color code them in separate categories. Also, I love the heatmap function.

We use it often. Easy user experience to implement and deploy big projects, Intuitive to use, and simple interface. Lots of different options to choose from. We have it integrated and we do use BatchGeo along with other software very often. So far I haven't needed to reach out to Customer support myself, but I've heard good things about it from my colleagues. Always willing to help.

It is hard to think about it now, but I'd say that probably with a slow internet connection you may have to wait a bit to load all the content.

It helps us organize big projects to improve the travel costs and planning when deploying them. - Allows us to keep track of everything in one place. Very easy to use and integrate with other platforms.

For a very few addresses, it marks them in a totally different state even though they are correct.

The popup box that shows all the information I need from my database, drag and drop is very easy to use, works well with Excel

I need to remember the format I want on the pop-up box because the labels of the box do not match the labels on my table.

I map where our field teams are planting churches in Africa and it's a great way to monitor their work. I can easily see that they are within the region where they are assigned to work. Also, I can tell if our teams might have inaccurately reported GPS coordinatesjust by looking at the map on Google Earth. I share the map with my team, and they are very excited about it. It helps them strategize operations and communicate with the field better.

I love that you can include the name associated with the address. It is much easier to connect the info with a name, rather than an address. The best update is that the addresses are auto fill. We have people who live on streets that are North or South but they neglect to provide (or even know) that this a required field for mapping sites.

My project has 450 addresses so I would love to have a large input capacity. I can break the sections to get the # down but I would love that flexibility. It could be helpful for the system to alter you that there are addresses/plot points outside/off the current screen so you don't forget anyone.

I am SOOOOO thankful that found BatchGeo because in 2 steps I can map my who group without "presorting". This saves me so much time! By inputting/plotting so many addresses at once I can see the clusters of people and outliers to determine how many helpers I need.

Updating information is a breeze as is double checking results. You get fabulous looking maps packed with data.

Almost nothing. Do not try to use on your phone is really about it.
