Better dialer than we had before

When we were introduced to BatchDialer, we had been using MOJO for a couple years. However, the integration with my CRM was difficult and time consuming to execute.

We had been using BatchLeads for over a year and the decision to integrate BatchDialer was an easy one. Our MAJOR reason solely rest on the shoulders of the Support Team at BatchLeads. No matter the problem or reason, the support team is quick with a fix. They take responsibility for everything on their end or guide you to the library of understandable tutorials to help you become an expert. Making the decision to move from MOJO to BatchDialer was an easy one. Since then productivity has increased and it is more enjoyable to make calls when everything is at your fingertips.

BatchDialer, BatchLeads & the Support Teams are a Winning Combination.

BatchDialer uses the computer for the connection. I hope in the near future it will connect with my cell phone and not my laptop or desktop. Quality of the calls certainly would be improved.

That it integrates with BatchLeads, and it has a 3-line dialer. Customer Support is great too.

The price is a bit to high. I'd be happier if it was $99/month instead of $139.

I use the 3-Line dialer, which saves me time.

The user interface beats the competiton by far! Its the easiest dialer to use and the connection rate is spectacular. We have used other competitors and will never go back.

Very intuitive and great integration options. It makes a massive workload much more efficient, streamlined and organized. I love the batch family community and support.

There could be a few more customization options available.

Hand dialing is too time consuming when calling large amounts of people in a day. Also, hand dialing can interfere with your cell number being flagged as spam.

Honestly the price. As a loyal customer to Batchleads if we could price bundle or gave a discount to your loyal customers. That would make a great experience.

Multi line dialer, 10 times faster than single line dialing

I love the customer service and the tripple line dialer

I hope that one day really soon it will be fully integrated with other systems like Batch Leads and Podio so that they can all be linked and if I make any changes to a lead in one it will transfer over to the rest. I also think that I should have the ability to text the leads I dial. The System does not make it easy to recieve inbound calls. I do feel like the system overall is a bit clunky and things could be simplified.
