The platform as a great panel of interviewers who are available on demand, the quality of interviews conducted is very high, and the platform has good capabilities including candidate ratings, detailed breakdown of the ratings and the interview recordings. We also love the standardization of ratings as per industry standards, that has hugely helped us to evaluate candidates objectively.
