BananaDesk allows to manage bookings in a simple way, and with its features avoids overbooking and links exactly to to what we need, e.g. to the specific channels. It also direct contact and not bots to answer our questions.
It could be more customer attention, e.g. in more languages, its software could be more upgraded and coulc be more cheapier.
In my work I had to go to Rome to a conference and so I use BananaDesk and with this software I could get access to what I need in this case, the rooms I wanted and the places where I could go.
It provides great and efficient control of the entire booking process, reducing the chance of any overbookings. It is very easy to use and provides great customer support and complete training manual. It has many different features for different kinds of properties.
The price could be a little lower. It is a little steep for small property management.
Banana Desk solves the major problem faced by different property management services, which is overbooking a property by multiple parties. This issue is faced by smaller motel chains.

I like this app because it avoids the risk of encountering an overbooking and simplifies and reduces the work of the front office. This way you can manage your time in the best possible way. I like a lot the app and I hadn't any issue. It is very useful and intuitive to use. You can manage your hostel in one place. With BananaDesk you have everything at your fingertips. In a single window, you can see the booked guests, the occupied rooms, the extra purchases of the customer and if they have already made the balance or not.
I recommend using BananaDesk. It is very simple, intuitive, easy to use and most of all useful and important for the management of your hostel. It gives you time to improve your hostel. You can update a reservation simply by a click if you want to change rooms or extending the trip. The most useful part is the booking feature directly to the calendar, I think it helps the user focus more on what they need to achieve. While booking, it has different categories to choose from which we really liked.
Even though the website is pretty straightforward to use, I think they could do much better if they improved the overall user interface of the site, as it mostly looks like a custom project.
