The BAM! Sales Tool App provides our dealer network with easy access to digital assets via a secure user-friendly mobile app. The app has an intuitive interface and dark mode design that is easy on your eyes. I love how the assets published in the DAM update on the app in real-time, with the added option of push notifications to alert dealers.
Any issues I have come across so far have been quickly resolved by Tom and his team.
Definitely worth checking out! It’s a newer app, so features are continuously being developed, and the BAM! team is very receptive to any feedback and requests.

Ease of setup and professional interface
Fine-tuning user permissions bit tedious
The only thing that could be considered somewhat difficult regarding using and setting up BAM! is the user management features. The best way to manage that is to have a well thought out plan for what user permissions will look like and who has access to what prior to building out the user lists and groups. It will make setting it up much easier.
System allows dealer sales reps to have most up-to-date information and provide it to customers easily and securely. While also creating a rich, detailed app to showcase product features, comparisons, and other content, even without an internet connection. From a user standpoint, even someone who is not tech savvy can easily access and navigate the app without issues.

I like how it is interactive with the users and you don't have to access to WIFI to see the assets.

Our application is customized for the many different divisions of our company. I can keep my national rep information separate from the direct and agency reps. It helps divide the information that is needed at each level.
I have been using the BAM Mobile Sales Tool app on my iPhone as our company rolls out DAM. We've been seeking a uniform, structured file system that can be published and deployed simultaneously across all of our mobile team members. It's great to have something to refer to that always reflects the most current, approved sets of information. I am more often than not defeated by technology, but this has been really painless to use and understand.
I wish there was a way to sort things myself as a regular, signed-in user per my own organizational style. If it was possible to do that and still get updated versions of whatever I moved, I would be very pleased.
Give it a good try and I'm sure you'll see its potential to keep things consistently organized and accessible.
It used to be difficult to know which versions of a file were most current, because we get product updates on a near-weekly basis. When you get a dozen file changes a week, both minor and major, sometimes you forget to change a couple and then you're "behind" and giving outdated info without knowing it. This app keeps everything current for me to use comfortably.

Tom with BAM! was able to get us set-up very quickly and provided a platform that was ready for use in a very short time. The system is user-friendly and the interface uses common set-ups that are easily recognizable and functional. He set time aside to give me an in-depth walk-through prior to launch, but even if that didn't happen, the interface is intuitive enough that I could have figured out most functionality unassisted.
I wish there were an easier way to reorganize the order of the collateral instead of naming them with a sequential file name. That's really the only functionality of the program that I found to be inefficient.
BAM! is a really effective way to push all of our sales collateral out to our team. I can quickly upload specs, brochures, images, etc. that's immediately accessible to my sales teams regardless of their location.
