BackupGenie has it all. A great dashboard in the cloud thats easy to navigate, fast backups and even faster file restores. I cant say enough about how much this has help our company secure critical data for us and our customers.

My only issue is that the support is a little lacking

Highly recommend this because of how easy it is to use. They also have fast backups and restores which is key in the IT world

On demand restorations and activity monitors are probably the best things about BackupGenie. On-Demand restoration allows you to restore almost instantly and the activity monitor lets you know about everything thats going on with your files and backups

The one dislike I have with this product is how long the backups take

The best thing about this software is the ease of using in backing up files no matter where you are located.

There is nothing to dislike about this precut, it serves the intended purposes, it is cost efficient, and of high quality.

Well worth the price.

The business problems that were being solved were our lack of back up files, which were lost several times in the past, since adopting this software we have had zero files lost.
