There is actually very little that Backlog does not do that I can think of.

I'm in a discovery project going through historical high priority tickets that are open and in progress. Backlog has all the data we were looking for, and is our go to place to study what happened.

Have gantchart support me manage schedule.

Have batch update, it can help me update all task not waste more time.

Not have more level in task, it only have parent task and child task.

Easy to tracking project, and helpful for works priority, it have many channel to help for using such as a customer services, easy to integrate with another program. I really like to use it because I am always use it 3 times a week.

Sometimes it goes down and it won't respond once between my work it stops working. it happend to me in the mid of the project it goes down and i was not able to send report.

bug and task reporting overall ticketing I use for this. started using this application long back which is very simple and easy , it saves lot of time just dragging a image .

Very easy to set up for a small shop. API is also really usable. Inexpensive at the lower levels.

Starts to get expensive as you need more users. The UI can be just a little confusing at first.

If you're a small shop than Backlog is worth a look.

As a small shop we often communicate with clients by email. This rapidly gets unwieldy so it's great to have something that's the next level without excess setup, configuration, options, etc...

The free version has all of the tools available that a ticketing portal could offer. It's very user friendly and greatly assists with maintaining organization and deadlines.

The free version limits some capabilities such as storage capacity but there are many ways to avoid uploading files directly to Backlog
