Fast and easy to integrate in developing projects.
None, I highly recommend Back4app and encourage each developer to try it.
Well built and firmly follow standard of REST
Easy to use and helpful. You can create a backend service in minutes with no code. Recommended 100%.
Logs sometimes not appear in the system.
Backend development.
I've used back4app for last months and all I can say is that they are amazing in every aspect.
I would like to begin with their documenation on how to deploy your app. The documentation is well structured and organized, which makes the deploy an easy task even for a beginner like me.
The support and the people behind Back4app are just amazing. They answer fast to any questions and they provide the necessary help.
They also listen carefuly to your feedback.
To be completly honest with you, there aren't things I dislike about their product. They made it simple from the beginning but in same time complex enough to offer users all the features they need.
Well, the problem the Back4app is solving for me is that they let me host my API on their platform which is great, because I was looking for some time for a service like this but I couldn't find a reliable one.
-Easy to code
-Save and Find in background
-Quick and effecient querying
-Data viewer is not available when package limit is exhausted
First of all its cheap as compared to other cloud services, this is a major thing for new developers, secondly code is easy to write and understand
Back4apps use Parse Platform / NodeJS / Mongodb. This allows to have a fully capable backend for our app that can be customized to our need, but without having to develop a backend from zero.
I dont really have found something that dislike me about this soluciton.
To quickly create the backend for our app, we decided to use back4apps, which enabled us to get up and running quickly. Integrating back4apps with Stripe, Outlook, and other platforms was a breeze since back4app utilizes Node.js, allowing for swift implementation.
Implementation of notification is very easy.
Nothing to dislike.

Back4app is easy to use and their documentation is fantastic
Cloud code is super easy to start and work on.\
Nothing big so far - I have been using B4app for two years now.
Suggestion: Maybe documentation on how to speed up queries and how to decide on indexing could be a thing to add
My entire backend is integrated on Back4app - I just have to write code for frontend and integration.
As someone who is in the process of learning about app development, Back4App has been user-friendly. I appreciate the many resources available to develop my skills as an app developer, such as the guides with clear examples. The ability to practice for free in the development stage has been extremely helpful.
So far, only the limitations on free usage, but I completely understand why they have them!
Back4App is helping me design an app for a company I work with.
Back4app has one of the best and affordable real time database. Secured and easy to integrate using lite plugins (SDK) for mobile apps. Quick response from support.
Not yet explored any other features, other than real time database.
Mobile application doesn't need to have any local data storage. Back4app takes care of real time data and it is secured. Mobile application becomes lite for usage.

You can forget about servers, networking, load balancers, upgrades, patching, cluster configurations, and database tuning. You manage your data and functions, and Back4App takes care of the rest. Their backend has fantastic performance and availability. We have been using them for 10 years without any single problem. In addition to hosting data in tables, we use cloud functions, triggers, batch jobs, and indexes. Highly recommended! Tip: you can ask them to connect a sink to your Papertrail account for much more detailed logging without additional charges.
Renaming collections or columns can lead to disruptions if your mobile app is directly sending queries to them. To navigate this challenge, consider implementing a cloud functions layer that acts as views (similar to stored procedures in older databases). By utilizing these functions and calling them instead of sending direct queries, you gain greater flexibility to make changes in your data model without affecting users who may still be on an older version of your mobile app. This approach allows for smoother transitions and easier management of changes over time.
They allow us to forget about maintenance tasks of the tech stack and focus on our business and product instead. We never have to deal with any patch, upgrade, server resources, server monitoring, networking, etc.
