Babbel for Business offered our company the flexibility of learning on our own time while providing support tools to ensure that learners keep growing. Our Customer Success Manager is so understanding and is always quick to answer our questions and provide the support we need to keep moving forward.

The dashboard does not have real-time analytics of the time learners spent in their lessons. However, that is an updated featured that Babbel is testing and plans to roll out.

We need certain sectors of our customer-facing aspect of the business to be adept at engaging with and working alongside persons from diverse backgrounds. As we expand, we want our employee base to expand in their knowledge and ability to connect to others in a language that is comfortable to them. Babbel helps us close this gap by providing us the language we need to begin making the connection.

Quick and effective interface, very well laid out. But truly, the excellent customer service from the beginning phases of the sales process to the implementation process has been what has sold us on choosing Babbel. Very excited to get this program off the ground with our team!

Have yet to experience a negative issue with Babbel. I feel confident that even if we run into any issues, the stellar customer service and attention I have experienced throughout the process will continue through to reach a resolution.

The majority of our employees are not native English speakers. Most of our management staff are not bi- or tri-lingual, which can lead to communication issues on every level. Additionally, many of our employees are willing and capable of taking on more of a leadership or supervisory role but are ineligible because their English proficiency falls short. This will help enrich their experience and give them tools not only to advance their workplace experience, but in their day to day lives as well.

I love that my colleagues and I can all pursue a language together/independently. We can all study at our own level/pace. You do have to be a self-starter and make the time for class and lessons, but once you build the habit, its easy to keep that momentum going.

There isn't much to dislike! The Intensive class portal is a little less smooth as the regular class/lesson portal but that's about it.

Babbel for Business gave us a great platform that accommodates everyone individually instead of forcing the team on a strict, single learning path. Flexibility is key to making language learning accessible for my team, and Babbel provides that.

Babbel is the only platform that has worked for our young adult students. The students that we work with migrate from region to region and work in agriculture. They work extended work hours, including weekends. For this reason, the conventional classroom setting does not work for them. Babbel has been very popular with our students because it allows them to connect from their smartphone, anytime, any day. Thanks to Babbel, our students learn how to get around in this Country (USA).

The administration of credits for Babbel Live and Intensive could be a bit easier. The system does not allow to increase credits as needed. Instead, we need to resend the invitation with additional credits.

The biggest problem we had in providing ELA to our students was the schedule. There were no teachers with the flexibility necessary to work with our students. Also, the Adult School system does not accept students unless they enroll. Our students cannot enroll because they work. Babbel solved the issue of nonmatching schedules between the school hours and work hours. Our students can learn English during their very limited free time.

The administrative function doesn't really have a great deal of information to use. The weekly report does, however.

The overall concept is to assist our staff in communicating with patients and team members a like.

I really like Babbel’s ease of use. My students use it and can also use it on their chrome books.

I dislike the setup process. I wish it would let me create classes.

It's a quick and easy way to learn a new language for travel (i.e., right before an international trip).
