"A desirable but in-complete solution"
What do you like best about B2B Direct?

B2B Direct (Repzio) connects to NetSuite and other ERP systems via API/Web services to update product information, transnational data, etc. The cost of this solution is more reasonable than the similar solutions in the market.

What do you dislike about B2B Direct?

B2B Direct (RepZio) seems have limited developers on staff. We are one of the first customers signed up with them and followed up with many feature requests, but most of them were never fulfilled.

Recommendations to others considering B2B Direct:

A strong in-house team or external consultant is very important for the implementation.

Also, building in more time as expected, especially if your system has some complex on pricing, product options, etc.

What problems is B2B Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use B2B Direct (RepZio) as a sales tool for our independent sales reps. It is very portable (you can use it with an iPad or an iPhone) and serves a tool to transit from the traditional catalog selling to digital sales presentation. We also use it for the semi-annual B2B trade show as a POS system.
