What I truly like about Azavista is the user-friendliness of the platform and the ease of use of the platform. The online training was very effective and did not let me with a ton of question for the support team. Resulting in saving a lot of time for both of our teams.

Previously we pre-printed badges and spent most of our time to check if we didn’t do any mistakes. We always needed to make sure every participant had his/her badge, it was an exhaustive and time-consuming process…

Azavista is very interactive and contains multiple useful tools that allowed me to plan a succesfull event that was hosted without issues and allowed us tostay well within budget.
We found that it could very well integrate many features that can become very intuitive. Some of them where indeed intuitive but many others we had to request help (which BTW, an extensive knowledge base exists)
We found that event planning was tedious and hard to manage, as a project manager I was entirely accustomed to the planning process and budget adhesion, but event management was a new to me and many of my peers. Therefore, Azavista truly helped to reduce the stress of these types of projects.
There are a lot of good and amazing features that Azavista offers few of which are it is quite user friendly even for a first time user, it enables the users to streamline the entire event management and execution process.
Apart from having technical issues & being sluggish that time there is nothing to dislike about azavista

*It doesnt have inbuily templete to choose from a list.
*It helps me to easily plan a event, share it, customize it with customers and track it easily without spending much on training.

Azavista is a user-friendly system (also if you have very little application skills) which enables you to register all your events and hace acces to them in one dashboard. Furthermore the possibilities to create landing/rsvp pages are endless. Also the tool to 'copy' events is very easy.
Not being able to design our own template for e-mails. Furthermore smaal issues; like not being able to select 1 or 2 persons for activities and sometimes we have some outlining issues in the templates.
We have been able to send twice as many more event invitations and register guests via Azavista with half the effort/people than we needed prior to using Azavista.
The integrations that azavista have is top noch where I can integrate it with many software such as email marketing platforms and many more like analytics platforms such as google analytics.
I am not able to design my own templates and the pricing is a bit hight apart from these I found it a useful software for my daily needs and wants.
I use it for event managment for my company it benefits me by its simple user interface and I can get going within no time and integrate it with other softwares and get some valuable insights about my audience.
