I use Ayoa every day

I use Ayoa every day. It is the best tool for sorting out my thinking, gaining clarity about my subject and keeping me on track and motivated. In my coaching practice it is invaluable to keep both myself and my coachee connected to the key goals and allows us to immediately jump back into the conversation after a break between sessions. This App is nearly perfect👍

This App is nearly perfect, What I've been looking for for over 2 months. I've already sent a few things to support to improve. But overall very good. I just hopped the ai to be more useful like a chat with Gemini but with the data from all my tasks and mindmaps. Or inside the Mindmap chat to explain what I want it to do.

"Flow, quick and intuitive"

What do you like best about Ayoa?

Mindmapping is slick and easy to use and is my go to for anything work or personal. Helps me think and engage as the tool is very user intensive.

Tasks (wow!): Many software developers, Microsoft for one, have tried with tasks, but have failed. That are simlpy too mechanistic and prevent flow. Ayoa Tasks on the other hand give you a broad canvas to create, zoom in and out quickly and effortlessly. Gives me a huge sense of being in control and deeply connected with the software.

What do you dislike about Ayoa?

I battle a little with MindBoards, but this is a new tool I have to get used to, but I see its potential

There is no other software that is intuitive, graphical and so easy to use. In fact, we look forward to updating tasks / projects and brainstorming. Ayoa is magnetic!

What problems is Ayoa solving and how is that benefiting you?

We live in a complex world and faced with complex problems. Using mind maps as a problem solving tool to understand a problem and then track cause and effect, takes much of the anxiety away and focuses efforts. This becomes especially useful when projecting the Mind Map onto a screen or sharing your Mind Map live. When I dont use the Mind Map tool, and dive right into the problem takes me way longer to solve it.

Tasks, Gannt charts is a tremendous help when implement projects.

I have tried lots of different…

I have tried lots of different productivity tools - Trello, Monday, Mural etc and they all do their own thing reasonably well, but what I really like about Ayoa is it does lots of things well, so as a team we can stay within one app and get our work done.Previously we would have had to integrate lots of apps together i.e. Slack + Trello + Miro, but with Ayoa all of that functionality is in one place.The main reason though for moving to Ayoa is just the way it works for us. We like the visuals, and basically how cool the whole app is.

Colors, easy to use, task can be added swiftly, white border help à lot to map, the mind map is amazing for personnal and professional use.

"Mind Mapping at its Best!"

What do you like best about Ayoa?

SEARCH! SHARING! I compared ALL of the various options on the market, and after spending a long time evaluating each one, Ayoa - which started as a complete unknown - ended up taking the prize.

We then converted 400 mind-maps into their system, and have been enjoying the new features and working with the development team.

What do you dislike about Ayoa?

On more than one occasion, a bug has caused some topics to be lost while copying/pasting - this is very intermittent, but has happened.

I would LOVE a better export/backup option - years worth of work are now contained within the product, and having a good backup would make my anxiety decrease a lot!

What problems is Ayoa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Search and sharing, these are critically missing in other systems.
