Axxess has everything in one place. All of your patient information can be accessed from any electronic device. The platform is very organized and user friendly!

I like that I am able to describe what the patient feels. It is easy accessable. I usually communicate with the patient and see how they feel. I have not used any other soft ware like this one.
There is nothing missing from this product. Sometimes it lags but most of the time it works properly. This product can be better if there is updates more frequent.
Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
The benefits is being able to chart the patients needs. Using it as a reminder of what the patient felt before and what they have accomplished now. The business performance has increased tremendously.
We love the report center. It's a great tool to utilize all department of the program; from billing, to employee records, patient charts and eligibility.Axxess has an amazing way to simplify all of our information. It's easy to access what we need and input new data as needed.
The ticket center is a great resource when we have an issues that we can't resolve on our own. There is always someone available to help us figure out the problem in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Axxess
I do not really have any dislikes for the software, I think it's easily adaptable to other programs out there like Wellsky and IKeys, as well as Palmetto. We can easily transfer information and data across all fields.

Initially we had issues with billing private pay insurances, but with the help of Axxess's billing center we were able to resolve a years worth of billing errors. I appreciate their input and guidance to resolves our issues.

The ease of finding patient reports and charting information on the patients chart.
When there are updates and you are in the middle of working, it should only update after work hours.
This program is user-friendly and easy to use.

I like the layout and flow, I also like how user friendly it is.
I wish it would save some patient info so you didnt have to dig around so much sometimes, it is very difficult to find weights sometimes for instance, I also think sometimes it gets glitchy when I try to open documents and have already viewed someone elses documents.
