Axonify is available via an App on any device so that allows for learning to take place anywhere and at anytime. Learning happens through repitition and with small bits of information. Learners can receive additional information through the Discover zone as well as be kept up to date with what is happening within a business through Broadcast Messages.
Axonify has amazing and very useful features, however from an Admin side I would love to be able search for Broadcast messages. Maybe consider adding a search by title function :)

As we grow as a company and in our training needs, Axonify has met us point for point on delivery, flexibility, connectedness, resources, and support. Using their tools and leaning on their team has made ME better at MY job.
The way the features are segemented out for annual contracts has made some of the renewal decisions more complicated.
We have a largely deskless workforce that we are able to reach seamlessly for comms, tasks, and microlearning. We source training modules in multiple formats from mutliple sources and Axonify seamlessly integrates with all of them. The reporting is intuitive and simple to share. We are rennovating our entire learning program from the ground up and the flexibility of the platofrm has made all the changes, big and small, easy to execute.
It has helped us set standards and train at scale as we've rapidly grown our company!
Literally nothing. The platform and the customer success team has been amazing!

Axonify is truly user friendly, easy to use, reliable, and it's fun! When you had fun in learning, everyone comes back and participates. Because the tool is designed for employee who are on the move, it works for everyone. Axonify touches many facets of modern way of learning from personalization, adaptive, gamification, anywhere/anytime (mobile), and easy to use. Also, the support received from Axonify staff is amazing.
Since i work in biopharma and i am Axonify admin, it would be great improvement to have more attributes to define a group. It's nice to use AOI but maintenance can become nightmare. Also, provide ability to search and self-assign topic would be nice feature to update. Also, creating Admin metrix is diffult so if there was roles identified would be easy for the organization in implementation.
We are using Axonify to deliver learning in modern approach. Therefore, it has to be accessible anywhere, anytime. Also, it has to be short and quick burst of information. Axonify does amazing job in providing this aspects. The benefits are not still realized but everyone in our organization have been excited to start using it. We are also using Axonify Discover heavily and that is forcing learners to go to Axonify. Next phase approach is to start using the tool on your mobile device.
I like most of the features if offeres, We use Axonify's microlearning modules and daily reinforcement we motivate users by inclusion of gamification components such as scoreboard and reward system.
Games are fun, but I feel that some of them are not tied to the learning modules as effictively as they could be as the challenges shoud be based on question sets, not just games.
Our orginaztion has benefited from a staff that is more informed and talented as a result of brief consumable microlearning modules coupled with daily reinforcement.
TLDR - it makes learning fun! The long answer is this tool made it easy to identify knowledge gaps in a large team and to improve training plus the knowledgebase.
I used this tool more than 5 years ago - so I feel unable to comment adequately here. My experience with it was that it required quite a bit of time to set up levels of knowledge (and maintain it) to make the LMS really sing. That said - the maintenance paid off in improved customer service, consistent responses to customer questions and the team felt more confident in their own level of understanding.
I was the administrator for Axonify and the system was used as a way to level up knowledge in a Customer Service team of more than 30 staff. The staff varied in experience so it was a really good way to bring new team members up to speed with the agents who had been with the company for years. Equally - it helped experienced agents to lean more on the constantly evolving knowledgebase than their memory of cost codes, pricing etc which may be out of date.

There's really no comparable eLearning platform out there. The heart of the platform is Daily Questions, which adapt to the learner's answer history and use reinforcement to combat the forgetting curve. In-platform games and rewards prizing capabilities.
The platform also keeps the learning experience intuitive and bite sized. We have a lot of buy in from our frontline--the majority of whom use the platform on a daily basis. Our frontline teammates find the system.
With all this complexity, it's perhaps not surprising that Axonify has a lot of big data to draw upon--head and shoulders above what I've seen with LMSs.
The team at Axonify is incredibly helpful, professional, and accepting of feedback. They're there from initial implementation, through maturation, Axonify has made sure we've been successful. Axonify takes its clients needs seriously and we often comment on how we feel like we're part of the evolution of the platform.
The platform was built with learners--not managers--in mind. This is excellent from a learner's (and learning) perspective, but historicaly analytics/reporting have been a less intuitive user experience.
That being said, Axonify is working to improve the analytics/reporting UX for frontline managers and have made lots of progress, and has actively drawn on the experiences of clients such as ourselves to improve the platform and meet our needs.

Axonify offers an easy way to measure our success with the platform: participation. This helps us measure engagement, which in turn is linked to learning outcomes and opportunities to reward teammates with raffles and other prizing.
