AxisCare has so many features that make scheduling and managing home care a breeze! The mobile app for employees is so user friendly, and I love how easy communicating is through the system. I really couldn't be happier!
There are a few features I wish were available, but AxisCare is quick to send those ideas to their research and development team.
The system our state chose for EVV was cumbersome and not user friendly. AxisCare bridges the gap between us and that system and makes it easy for us to maintain state and federal requirements without the hassle of using the other system.
The friendly knowledgeable staff go above and beyond. From the sales, to the onboarding and then the customer service for ongoing support we are very happy.
The nursing "forms" are difficult to create much less use.

AxisCare does not have an internal solution for community care management. I have been asking for this since 2019 and have seen other vendors develop this space before them.
Time and attendance, care management, claims, billing, collections, payroll reporting (not processing) all under one software. There are many time saving efficiencies built into the software.
Axiscare is a great scheduling and more software. The Customer Service is amazing. They are readily available and always willing to help no matter how big or small your question is.

Everything is simple to do and several ways to accomplish internal and staff situations' communication, which is HUGE! We love the support team and although, not perfect, they listen and create solutions often which are invaluable!

Internal messages regarding all shifts/staff is seamless. Staffing app and GPS info/details are great for verifications.

I like the system is live no matter what office I am working in. I appreciate the ability to track the certification of employees, see active schedules, the knowledge of changes in billable hours.
I would like the ability for staff to upload pictures or documents into client notes. REACH Home Care offers wound care services, and my RN would benefit from seeing wounds on a daily basis if caregivers could upload them.
