Quick support, easy to use tools! Seems to always work.
Sometimes getting new licenses and attaching to the customer accounts is a pain.
Reliable backups are very hard to find, they fixed it.
We provide our clients piece of mind by making sure their cloud data is protected and accessible at any time. Setting up x360 Cloud with MS 365 is easy and straightforward.
Connecting x360 Cloud to Google Workspace is a bit difficult. There are more steps than setting up MS 365 with x360 Cloud.
Microsoft retention policy is very limited and Axcient x360 Cloud allows our clients to keep their MS 365 data for a long period of time. Another good thing about it is the easy way to restore any lost data.
The products are very easy to use and their support is always available to help if needed.
I wish there was a folder list for restoring e-mail and I wish I could backup more often than 4 times daily.
Cloud backups without any effort from our customers.
Axcient x360Cloud is a great product and does what it does best, backing up Microsoft 365\GSuite users in a cloud to cloud scenario. The product is extremely easy to onboard and setup new customers, has "set it and forget it" settings, unlimited storage, and has robust search and restore options. Quite a nice bang for your buck!
No easy backup options for MS Teams. You can choose to backup MS Sharepoint and OneDrive which do contain Teams data, but group and private chat history and other channel info are not backed up natively. Requires an MS Flow to be created and requires all users in each channel to be licensed and added in the backup as well as their OneDrive.
For any organization with Microsoft 365 hosted Exchange users, Axcient x360Cloud is a must have for securing that cloud data.
Axcient x360Cloud provides data protection and recovery for Microsoft 365 cloud users. Traditional backup programs do not offer options for backing up M365 cloud data, without complicated add-ons at an additional cost. It covers most compliance-regulated business needs for full data retention. Can be used as an auditing tool to confirm changes made to a mailbox or message within a date range, and fully restore the mailbox to a specific date and time.
The tool is effective and simple to setup. It covers more of the MS suite than other products we vetted. We'd been using/supporting it for over 2 years.
So far so good. They listened to feedback and improved the UI.
As with any solution you plan on implementing, do your homework. Does it meet my requirements/needs? Does it work well with the other solutions I have in place? etc...The people over at Axcient are great.
M365 backup. x360Cloud fills the gap left by Microsoft's retention policies.
The time to add an entire tenant. It takes less than 10 min and you are backing up.
Lack of customer access. This something that desperately needs to be implemented
Does not yet have customer access. This leaves customers unable to take advantage of the awesome search capability.
Office 365 is a replacement for your on premise servers but it's a target. Office 365 is not it's own backup.
It is very affordable and easy to use. It was around $10 a user a year to have email archived that was easily recoverable in case of longer term deletions that need to be recovered.
The setup phase of getting it going was pretty rough. I had to have multiple calls and we still weren't getting it backing up. Then the login process with 2 factor was messed up. I think we had to create and remove the account two or three times and it wasn't the quickest response to the problem.
If a user deletes an email either intentionally or accidentally it is only recoverable with Microsoft;s built in tools for 30 days - and less if they clear the deleted items. This keeps emails for as long as the system is backing up.
It's easy to setup. It can automatically include new accounts so you don't have to manually make any changes when creating a new email account.
It's a cloud service, so there's very little details when something goes wrong or when it doesn't work as expected. The last time I tried to do a mailbox restore it took almost a month because the error message wasn't useful and support wasn't very forecoming with the actual details.
This service allows peace of mind in case something drastic happens with someone's email, such as malicious actors deleting the contents of the mailbox or just a simple accidental deletion of an email or contact by a user. I know every user mailbox is backed up so I can do a restore if needed.
Full service product at a very affordable price. It manages all of our online SAAS Backup. It is basically a set it and forget it backup.
COnfiguration is not as easy as I would like. HOwever, once that is done, it works great. Restores are a little more difficult as well but they jsut take a bit of time.
I just need good quality SAAS backup that is reliable. SOmetimes I have used the backup for a manager to review some past email exchanges from a former employee which has come in very handy.

The ease of being able to back up files/restore when necessary. Provides a great cushion for missing files or in case of ransomware attack as well. I believe its supieror
The interface is a bit convoluted/not centralized. Querying specific files for restoration can be a bit difficult to do sometimes depending on the file. These are a bit of a nitpick but UI/UX could use some work.
Some of the problems we've been solving with axcient is having a back up soution that works hand in hand with OneDrive. It boosts productivity and performance across the board!
