What I like best is that provides alerts and remediation guidance when AWS is experiencing events that may impact our customers!

I dislike how it is not always user friendly-especially for older patients.

I have solved so many problems. The main problem is cutting down on time wasted. Patients have access to the portal 24/7 and don't have to waste time calling the office to check on various things. It is great for patients and staff.

This dashboard is a superior management tool for keeping track of the health of your business and its web presence. This allows you to know more about planned downtime and maintenance issues within the Amazon Web Service. This program is a must have for businesses or organizations with a large distributed web presence for multiple businesses. AWS is an amazingly powerful tool and this makes it even more useful and easy to plan and interpret. I recommend this service highly.

Sometimes responses can be a bit slow and the display can be a little jumbled at times. A rework of the User interface could greatly benefit this solution.

This Service allows you to manage downtime or planned maintenance in one place easily. It can be quite easy to use and the interface works across many different platforms allowing users to see the statistics they need in real time. If you like information about your web presence this is the product for you.

The fact we can see if there are any issues when AWS is having issues if it may affect us.

Sometimes the visibility doesn't update as often as you would like, but for the most part it stays up to date.
