The best thing about this software is its helpline and guideline. Whenever you got stuck in any problem during doing your duty the guides are always up for the help you just have to open the resolution center and hit send your difficulty and they will make you provide you with the best suitable solutions for your query. The time tracking feature is the best and vital one so far in my opinion. As you upload your work and get started this feature goes on alert and notes every single bit of movement you do and which is rigorously effective in tracking the time wasters, money scams, project budgets, and billable to non-billable ratios. And make sure you are stick to your priorities rather than wasting any investments regardless of time and money.
There is no doubt in this tool’s efficiency but there are some factors that make it less desirable in terms of graphics and display. As it has a digital configuration which makes it a little bit boring all the numbers and words scrolling around on your screen can be fascinated for the science nerds but can be highly undesirable by a creative mind which always craves fun to work to make it more desirable and productive. The text editor is the other issue that gets bugs sometimes a lot which also happens on java script solutions. Some of the creative features are missing but I’m glad the administrative panel behind all success and establishment improves their product on monthly basis and adds on the missing features every on and off.

You can sum up your work in a very professional manner to lessen the loss. It's best to use in long-term projects and cost-effectively repeat them.
The tool is very easy to understand, so that even customers who do not have any specialist knowledge can easily be integrated into the work processes. We were looking for a tool that combines project management and time management and with Awork we found a tool that can do much more and is constantly being developed. Above all, the support is fabulous. Since we want to include our customers in the projects, we were looking for a way that customers who have their own account can be included. After a video meeting with the support the problem was solved. That's how support should be!
There is actually nothing that we can criticize. If anything, these would be functions that we are still missing. But the guys are constantly developing the tool so I'm sure that the features we are missing will be included soon.

Awork greatly organizes projects and tasks and has great integration of time tracking. We can organize customers and assign them projects which is not available in other software. It has a beautiful clear design which allows us quick and easy collaboration. I love the automation. The interface is good to handle.
It is difficult to find the right place to add more time to a task. We are not able to tag other users. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. The milestone planning is not available, we are not able to assign tasks to milestones.

Komplexe Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten einfach darstellen. Awork ist weitestgehend intuitiv erlernbar, was den Schulungsaufwand für die Nutzer sehr überschaubar hält. Es überrascht dabei aber auch immer wieder mit bis in Detail durchdachten, hilfreichen Zusatz-Funktionen.
Die Möglichkeiten bei der Datenauswertung sind ausbaufähig. Integration eines Dokumentenmanagements wird vermisst. Konfliktradar bei der Verschiebung von Deadlines in den Aufgabenansichten wäre wünschenswert.
Meiner Einschätzung nach lässt sich Awork für viele Anwendungen und Branchen nutzen. Mit etwas Kreativität lässt sich fast jeder Workflow in Awork abbilden, denke ich.
Wir nutzen Awork für die Produktionsplanung. Alle Mitarbeiter in der Produktion erhalten dadurch automatisch ihre Aufgabenlisten, alle Unterlagen, wie Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, etc, und ergänzende Informationen. Auch die BDE erfolgt mittels Awork zuverlässig. Insgesamt ist die Produktivität in allen Unternehmensbereichen mit Awork gestiegen.
