I don't even know how we got connected with Aware3, but we did and man am I glad. Honestly, I don't think it's possible to have any better customer service that Aware3 has. Not only are they quick to jump on any issues you have they are willing to listen to suggestions for new features. We love the integration with our church management software as far as calendars, forms and media.
About the only thing I can think of is that when people create profiles would sync with easier with our database. I don't like having multiple databases to manage.
Once you do the initial work of artwork and setup Aware3 is fairly user friendly and very useful.
Keeps us connected with with our church attenders in a way that email or text is not able to. We love the ability to share content on the go.
I love how online and text giving and a church app is provided with Aware3! It has made giving so much easier for our church members and it has made it possible for us to put Sermon Notes, our Calendar, Podcast, and so much more at the fingertips of anyone who downloads our church app!
I dislike how the different features have different prices. Meaning, we have the app but we don't have all of the features. This is understandable though because they have to make money! However, I dislike it.
Aware3 is always coming out with new features and updates. So even though it's not the BEST option, if you're a smaller church, it's the PERFECT option because you're able to do so much with it and they're always making it better!
We problem we have solved with Aware3 is the fact that people are willing to give but they don't always have cash or a check in hand. Being able to give using their card is very good!
We've been using Aware3 for quite a few years now and have been very happy with the results, especially in regards to how intuitive and easy-to-use the main platform is.
There's not much to dislike, really. Their customer service is top-notch and we've never had any issues with Aware3.

Aware3 does all the heavy lifting for you. A wide range of features helps you serve your congregation well, and they have all the support and help you need. They offer design help as you choose things like images, icons, etc. Their support time is incredibly fast to respond. The app works very well, and every feature is solid.
I wish you could turn off the profile system. We don't use it, and it confuses people. We encourage them to use our Church Management Software to track their involvement and giving, and often they mix up their Aware3 and CCB logins... it'd be much easier if we could turn it off!
Our Aware3 app is an easy way to create a central hub for anyone that attends our church. Information, media, connection opportunities - you name it, it's accessible through our app. And because Aware3 is such a powerful app tool, it looks good and always works!
