Aware IM simplifies web application development by offering various toolkits and automation, which reduces my boilerplate coding and thus boosts my software development productivity.

AwareIM is a very powerful rapid application development tool. Technically, its based on Java platform which gives it more reliability, security and robustness. You can use most of the databases with it i.e. MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle and Derby. So far, we have developed 19 Enterprise Apps on AwareIM with an average user count of 1600 which are live in Production. Application development time gets reduced by 70% in comparison to conventional software development. It provides almost all the features which an application requires i.e. Email/Gantt Chart/ Reports/ Online doc,excel edit using Zoho and Office 365/ CSV downloads for data and much more. Along with web desktop app, you can instantly have mobile friendly app as well which works on browser or you can create an installer using Phonegap. It has so much in one package and price is very reasonable. You need not be a technical expert to develop an app using AwareIM. Eventually, its a "No Code" platform which enables almost everyone to develop a software application. However, if you are a tech geek, you can add more flavors with your skills and can achieve almost everything which is not a native offering from AwareIM. Through custom HTML/CSS and Java code, you can enhance its capabilities. My 100 out of 100 to this product.

Support is quick and AwareIM's forum helps a lot in case of questions/issues.

It has a closed community as of now with very less experts and developers which makes it sometime difficult to overcome with a technical issue. Only one developer can work on one app (bsv) at one time so increasing manpower to meet timelines in case of critical deliveries does not work well here. Rest all is good. Very happy and satisfied to use the product.

We highly recommend AwareIM to corporates, enterprises as well as start-ups. Its a perfect RAD tool which provides a live working app of your idea in very short time. Learning curve is also small.

Chaque règle de gestion indique simplement ce qui doit se passer, quand cela doit se passer et est indépendante des autres règles.

Lorsque AwareIM détecte des modifications de données, il exécute automatiquement les règles affectées.

AwareIM makes it possible to use business savvy and an understanding of systems more than in-depth coding knowledge to make a massive difference in a business - this means that you can effect change in almost any business by implementing custom-designed workflows and automation without needing to first translate your business concepts into coder logic.

That there aren't more AwareIM users in our market. If I want to extend my development team it's up to me to find the right candidates and get them started on AwareIM. Also, the hybrid mobile could stand a bit more attention at this stage.

It is far more powerful than is immediately apparent. Do yourself the favour of actually spending some time with this product. It may not be as "beautiful" as some of its counterparts, but it is as powerful, if not more so... and you won't get better bang for your buck, a more supportive community or a higher quality of support.

In one department, AwareIM has reduced the administrative load, through automation of certain processes and optimisation of workflows, from a workforce of 35 people to a team of only 4.

Easy of use. Support from the company and the developer community. Rapid database development, easy deployment for non-programmers.

No software is perfect. Due to its multiple 3rd party integrations, my lack of systems/programming knowledge can be a barrier to maximizing its capabilities.

Needs to be the right fit. Should have a background in understanding database design.

Cost-effective solution for custom data management and user interface. Cloud-based application to support both administrative and mobile sales team.

AwareIM is the kind of tool that strikes you -like - "yes, that's the way I would do it!' That is, if you have the skill set to create development tools. Queries, forms, email and document templates, notifications, scheduler,report writer, change control - all there. Rule-based processes and actions - so your logic carries from desktop to mobile. Speed of development is far above anything I have seen.

Very little to dislike. Maybe faster implementation of new bootstrap versions.

Manufacturing and process control.

The platform is feature rich and very mobile friendly allowing us to reach a much broader target market than the last platform we used.

The platform lacks an easy to use import tool. Our clients work with huge data bases and need to import data files very frequently. The current import tool is very difficult to work with.

I am not a developer. Instead I work with prospective clients to determine what their needs are If I think we will be a fit I get our developers involved to see how we can meet the clients requirements. In 2 years, we have not found a single client requirement that we could not meet either through the AwareIM developer platform or API or Java integration. This has broadened our target market significantly over the limited tools we had with our previous platform.

With AwareIM you can develop fast and scale to any level.

Integrations capabilities with other app

AwareIM is the best option for developing applications where you manage the entire system. If you need to integrate or manage other app database, it is also doable and easy; but there are some considerations to take and probably will need other tools and knowledge.

If considering of having a team developing on the same app, you will have to be very careful because AwareIM doesn't handle easily multi-programmer environment.

With AwareIM you can solve almost any problems. We are currently using it for CRM, Workflow, Project Management, Intranet, Integrations with other apps, Document Management, etc.

Unsurpassed speed and ease of development. AwareIM handles the database, you just focus on business requirements. I am often shocked by the ease with which I can develop complex functions.

There is really nothing to dislike. Having used AwareIM for 10 years, I have loved seeing it grow and improve at a rapid pace.

AwareIM creates an awesome, flexible, secure, maintainable, and extensible application for any business purpose. Oh yeah, way faster.

I am building business solutions for police departments and certain non-profit activities. AwareIM id designed to provide business solutions involving data, so for example, you wouldn't build a game or an illustration tool with it. I think AwareIM can and should be the first tool of choice when providing a data-oriented business solution.
