What do you like best about Awaken Intelligence?

The platform itself is very powerful and if the data interrogation is built carefuly, it gives lots of busienss intelligence at your fingertips. The team at Awaken are prefessional and technically adept in their area of expertise.

What do you dislike about Awaken Intelligence?

There is nothing that has come to light that were are unhappy with, Awaken provide very good support, so we would anticipate that any issues would be overcome.

What problems is Awaken Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated QA, success of marketing campaigns, reasons for call, understanding surge events, understanding brands and their customers.

There was some confusion around the initial quote. But this was quickly resolved by Awaken team, so it is only a minor comment.

What do you like best about Awaken Intelligence?

The team at Awaken is superb. I have worked with them on numerous client accounts, they quickly build rapport and move into the space of truster advisor, which promotes a lively and healthy environment, one where clients are open to discuss challenges and share insight.

What do you dislike about Awaken Intelligence?

So far I have no real negative experience to share, this is in part because we work within a well defined and clear set of expectations.

What problems is Awaken Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Awaken is deployed across a wide spectrum of our clients, each with their own set of objectives and success criteria. These include supporting the training and nursery environment for new starters, identifying call drivers and reasons for contact, rooting out inefficiencies in processes, highlighting vulnerable and critical contacts allowing for a more focused approach to call handling. It's a long list.
