User friendly, integrations, love the recruiter tools, the candidate experience, partnership

We are still in implementation so it is too soon to tell. So far so good.

Avionte's Back Office game is strong! Payroll, Billing, and overall set up is great! All information flowing from the front office (where sales and recruiting live) to back office (operational functions) is Amazing!

We aren't a Light Industrial company, so we have to have work arounds to get Avionte to do what we need it to do. That's not necessarily Avionte's fault, it's just a bummer for us. Avionte does have the ability to be customizable in some aspects, but most of those aspects aren't self service.

Tracking all aspects of business and their systems operating together in harmony, rather than doubling the work by using two systems

It is so user-friendly and easy to navigate.

I can't say I have any dislikes yet. We haven't gone live yet.

It's giving our front office an edge and making onboarding easier.

The flexibility and many report functions.

That there are 2 log ins. Classic it hard to log into for people.

Avionte's staffing software has continued to evolve over the years and change with the needs of their customers. The improvements that have been made over the years have really helped our business provide the top tech to make us both effecient and competitive.

One of the biggest struggles over the years with Avionte has been their customer support. From the start, we had issues getting our problems resolved and our questions answered. Even a year ago, we still had frustrating times that we thought could have and should have been dealt with in a more timely manner and with more motivation.

The main focus for Avionte that really benefits all customers is the need to evolve in an ever changing market. If a business is not focusing on adjustments that need to be made today for the change of tomorrow, then the clock is ticking for that company. Thankfully, Avionte understands this and is contining to provide tech that is needed in the staffing industry.

Avionte has helped our company better organize our processes and has increased our efficiencies in many ways. Instead of being dependent on paper documents and paper processes we have been able to work strictly on digital records.

I like many of the new features in Avionte Bold, but I do have concerns with some of the features that we are losing moving from Classic to Bold. We are learning new ways to complete the same processes, so perhaps things will be better once we get the hang of it.

Network with other staffing firms who use the software and learn the best practices from them.

We struggled to onboard candidates in states where we do not have established offices. Avionte's software has allowed us to perfect distance recruiting/hiring. In addition, Avionte has improved our record keeping and data flow.

The best part is definitely how seamless it is from the recruiter side to the candidate side

I wish some integrations with outside software were more user friendly

I would say we were looking for an ATS that could keep up with the speed of our recruiters more than anything

Avionte is so easy to use and user friendly. Easy to naviagte making it quicker to palce candidates and since it is easy to use it is easy to instruct candidates on where to go when they apply at hom e

some useful things that i think Avionte should add would be an impersonate feature, if the candidate is stuck on a page we should be able to impersonate them without having to log in and back out

we have to be able to quickly access data, reports, persnal information and files. Avionte makes it easy by it being all on one platform and easy to search for it by using the correct terms

Very easy for staffing companies to use. Everything is streamlined and makes the day to day go by easier!

Nothing so far! We haven't fully integrated yet so we are still learning about the software

Avionte allows you to filter out candidates in our datatbase which is extremely helpful and gives many different ways to filter

The downside is that the filters on Avionte are not the most accurate and sometimes it will give you candidates that should be filtered out

It is solving the issue of having all candidates in one place and this helps me keep track of my work !
