I LOVE how fast this system is. Something I love even more, though, is the customer support team!

There are limited ways to reschedule an appt that make it to that you have to click several buttons and that you cannot have more tabs open in the same browser.

Again, the costumer support is amazing. Any issues or questions I have are quickly and efficiently resolved. No complaints.

The ability to keep electronic patient files, to quickly be able to search through for medications dispensed, past appointments, etc.

Inability to have 2 people on a medical condition at once, many features but no solid education as to how to use them all.

Keeping accurate records, speed up appointments, better communication with the clients via report cards/automated reminders.

Educating new hires to learn this platform is almost seamless.

The inability to decline items on an open invoice, to then be able to un decline for the item to be up for purchase at a future visit. This is an old feature that was once amazing and now has been deleted.

record management, safely storing patient history and data in a chronological order based on tyes, for example, vaccines, Rx's, prescription diets.

It's very user friendly. Easy to use with lots of features like the reminders, follow up list Ect...

Sometimes hard to link with idexx software for requisitions especially for exotics.

Shuts down and freezes, prints extra things like abis certificates with no way to stop it

I love how easy AVImark makes it to create invoices, prescription labels, make patient notes, and log diagnostic testing results.

I do think that AVImark could make it's format a bit more simple. Sometimes I find that I am clicking several buttons just to get a simple outcome.

I think that AVImark is a really good software for your veterinary clinic. I have never had any issues with it!

AVImark has made it easier in the clinic to stay organized and work efficiently. The main benefit is that it keeps all of the records for each patient. This is so much easier than keeping paper files!

AVImark keeps all of our files, appointments and many more in one place. It also has pictures of patients and anyone can access and enter new information.
