It is very easy to use and very quick to implement.

In my experience, no other M365 Cloud Backup provider has the same number of features they can back up.

The backup is very reliable and fast. There is also the ability to use AvePoint's unlimited storage.

Another important point is that no other cloud backup provider is as quick to introduce new or additional features.

Finally, and most importantly, it is a true SaaS solution with strong encryption in transit and no hosting required on my part.

The Lincesing Bundles could be better and are not cheap.

There could be more options when it comes to Backup frequency.

It presents a quick and powerful Cloud Backup Solution to present to my costumers.

It can be relative easily sloted into many environments and take over the Backup dutys.

In a nutshell, AvePoint Cloud Backup just works! It works well. It has a lot of features. It is easy to get started and to add/utilize more features as you learn. But, right out of the box - it will save time and money. It provides that extra layer of protection and manageability that you do not get from O365 alone.

There is very little to dislike about AvePoint Cloud Backup. My only issue is how easy it can be to make a change that has a significant impact.

AvePoint Cloud Backup has allowed us to recover mailboxes for FOIA and general daily restores. AvePoint Cloud Backup offers a few very flexible ways of restoring any data from our O365 environment.

Easy to configure, runs flawlessly, easy to restore or export data.

Reporting within the platform needs improvement, though Avepoint CSMs provide great monthly reporting in lieu of this.

Data is backed up without constant management and maintenance and no concerns with broken backup chains or storage requirements.

Easy to use and well laid out. The setup was also relatively straightforward.

The licensing model can do with some work as it goes off of the total users in the tenant rather than users targetted by the rules.

Data restoration has been fast and accurate compared to Microsoft's built-in services.

The solution is easy to use and set up, and once set up, it is pretty much set and forget.

There is not much to dislike about the solution. My main gripe would be the speed of restoration of data, it can take a few hours to receive the restored data.

We are backing up all of our Office 365 environment and since AvePoint Cloud Backup is a fully hosted SaaS solution, we don't need to worry about on-premises or IaaS infrastructure and storage.

Easy to use, powerful backup solution for Microsoft 365

It would be good to be able to back up and restore Azure AD objects

Backing up Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint Online. It has been easy to restore files and items.

AvePoint Cloud Backup is simple and easy to use. It runs itself, and you almost forgot about it, but when you need to recover a backup super easy. The service and support has been excellent also.

I can't say there is anything I dislike about AvePoint Cloud Backup.

The AvePoint team has been working on a new look and layout, but not all the features are ready, so you might have to jump back into the classic version.

Peace of mind knowing that our backups are being performed as scheduled and are successful. The most significant benefit again is the ease of use and simplicity.

AvePoint is a simple to use robust backup solution that allows us the flexibility to back up our data to our Azure cloud storage. Its user interface is user-friendly and has a range of restore options. AvePoint’s support staff is responsive, and our customer success manager periodically reviews our installation to ensure it is running without error, as well as keeps us up to date on upcoming innovations and updates at AvePoint. We are pleased with AvePoint and its team.

I can honestly say that to date, there is nothing I've come accross that I dislike about this solution.

We primarily utilize it to back up our cloud-based Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams environments.
