PROS: Aventri is a helpful tool for event organizers! I love how user-friendly it is. Every thing is pretty straightforward in the backend and the front-end looks professional!
CONS: There are a couple of comments about how difficult it is to browse through event information and select an actual event during registration. I hope they could improve that.
PROS: Aventri's tech support team is amazing because they accept to make some changes in the backend if you need some tweaking with your software. It's a robust tool that can handle and manage complex tasks and information.
CONS: Learning the software can take time since it is a complex system, which is understandable because of the complex things it deals with. Maybe they can start organizing the commands/setting as a first step to improving the system.
PROS: There are so many options available that you can customize functions as you go. You can customize your registration process and even design your website and emails for HTML/CSS. It is very easy to use and the reports are very helpful. We terribly love how you can share a dynamic Registrant List and other repots with non-etouches users. This feature is really wonderful. It truly is a well-rounded platform and combines payments, registration, and marketing into one dashboard. We can make follow-ups through the system as well. Now, we don't have to use different software that do not integrate well with each other. Also, the customer support is the best we have encountered so far.
CONS: The users management module could use extra features for account administartors. Also, the seating module is a bit too simple and basic. It would be cool to have more features. Maybe they can pattern it from Social Tables.
Aventri is an excellent tool that can even handle the most complex event. It handles session information and organize them very well. The team is willing to make the most detail changes even though it is not in the system. They will do it manually at their backend.
Since the system allows very complex situation, it also ends up with a very complex setup and configuration. This will take some time to get used to. Once you're used to it, it is not big of a deal.
I found that setting and configuration is all over the place. Normally the type of setting that you expect to be group together are placed in different area and you don't expect to find it there. Will take some time to get used to.
This is definitely a good application to use.
We have multiple days event with lots of complex sessions which required alot of logic gate. Aventri is able to handle all that. Even though the setup is complex, the end result data is simple. Once all setup, it is easy to handle at the end. The support is willing to assist you for the initial setup.

I don't like having to pay for add-on integrations
The functionality is robust! And, the support team is incredible.
Aventri has made it easy for our staff to view reports in real-time. My team has been onboarded and able to understand functions with ease.
I loved how user friendly everything in Aventri was. It was very simple to input information from the event planner end and looked very professional from the conference attendee end.
The only downside was with registration from the users. At times users said it was difficult to click back and forth between reading session information and actually choosing the session itself.
Make sure you reach out to Aventri with as much time as possible before the event. There are lots of tools that can be used and to get the full bang for your buck you will want time to make sure you can implement it completely.
Each year we run a conference with about 150 people and are continuing to grow. Using Aventri, we are able to create a seamless experience for our conference attendees with all information housed in one place. We are also able to easily track our conference attendee numbers and sessions which leads to a more simplified logistics during execution of the event.
PROS: The staff and students find the interface very easy to use. It has been a boon for organizing our commencement ceremony.
CONS: This might be just me but I experience some difficulties in formatting email and messages. When I copy and paste a message into the field, the formatting is off and it takes a lot of time to fix it.
PROS: Customer service is one of the best that I have encountered. They respond quickly and are very helpful whenever we need them. I have an admin account for eTouches and I receive questions from colleagues from time to time. I have no answers for all of them but thankfully, the customer support team does. They are also very quick in approaching me about authorization requests. I truly appreciate this.
CONS: The admin interface on the browser is not that intuitive for me. I find the learning curve kind of steep if you plan to use eTouches to its full potential. The tool is a bit unwieldy at times if you are not looking to use it to its fullest. Also, it's a bit expensive if you just want to use it for simple event management. Learning how to use it has its benefits but I find it pretty hard sometimes.
PROS: First off, Aventri is a wonderful software. It helps me track everything form accommodations. I was also able to upload Amtrak and flight information. I also use it to make reports for clients. With it, they are able to monitor how much they spend for every attendee. Also, I use it to generate report for my hotel representative as well. Furthermore, I want to add that BadgeNow is a great service as well. People who are into print on demand won't have any regrets with BadgeNow. I wish I discovered this way earlier.
CONS: I don't have anything against Aventri. It's just awesome.
