In 30 years in hospitality I have never come across a supplier who is so switched on and customer focussed.
I have NEVER dealt with an IT company who are so relatable and real world.
They have a deep understanding of my requirements the moment I make them, and the solution is always better than expected.
Nothing is too much trouble, at anytime.
Everyone of the team is a joy to deal with and both Tom and Sam take on full responsibilty.
I cannot recomend them enough!
If you are looking for a reservation system. These guys have the best!

Avenista has made managing our bookings very easy. Has increased our covers and when set up, it's so easy to maintain and operate.
Also Sam and Toni, have been a great help whenever any issues or training was needed.

Great customer service, always deal with changes and queries very quickly

Excellent company and service. I have been using them for more than four years and never had any problems.

I enjoy using Avenista, easy to use and and have all my reservations in one place with one annual fee without the ridiculous Per cover costs other companies Want to charge. Support is also fantastic and personal.
