Our end-users are able to request access to numerous systems and network shares without intervention from the Help Desk or desktop support team.

What I like most about Avatier, is how easy it is to reset user's passwords and when we use it to terminate user's accounts.
What I don't like about it is that I need to log in to different websites to do different tasks. It would be nice to have one website that I could do all these tasks.

I love being able to tell end users they can reset or unlock their AD password from anywhere with an internet connection. It is seamless!
The only issue I've seen is with Mac users with keychain issues but that is when the application is not deployed in the environment to the log on window
Saves users time spent calling the Service Desk and saves the Service Desk time and money wasted dealing with password resets and unlocks.
Avatier's flexibility to adapt to needs is a main reason that I have continued to use AIMS. I've been able to use it for any type of request from our users and administrators. I have yet to find an access or password task that it couldn't handle easily.
I also like the way AIMS handles feeds from other systems. It is easy to use and adapt to a company's unique requirements. Its ability to use virtually any Active Directory field for identification made it easy for us to move to a process where all hires and terminations only have to happen in our HRM software. The feed between the two allows the automatic creation, change or termination of accounts.
I would like to see the ability to create my own reports. Avatier has been very accommodating when I have a request to generate custom reports, but it would be nice to be able to create my own.
Avatier IA is a great software system that is extremely flexible and intuitive. It integrates easily with other products and can manage access requests regardless of the complexity. I highly recommend using it.
We started with using AIMS for self-serve password resets due to the fact that a very significant number of calls to our service desk (about 65%) were taxing our resources. As soon as our employees were enrolled, password reset requests dropped 90%.
Later in our relationship, we decided to add Password Bouncer due to the fact that a large number of our users would create weak passwords, even with MS "Strong Password" settings enabled.
We then moved on to access requests. By using Avatier AIMS, we have made the task of requesting access significantly easier and quicker. The ability for anyone to be able to approve access via their phones has been a big player in this. We no longer have to wait for approvals.
Next, with the introduction of a new HRM system, we moved to automating the process of hires, changes and terminations. While this is still a work in progress, AIMS has been a central player in this project. We have automatic hires and terminations working perfectly. We are working on changes and expect this to be an ongoing process as the company changes.
It's a very good tool for Identity and access management. I am currently doing the administration part of it. From a GUI point of view, it's very user-friendly. And it has very much good integration connectors to connect with a different type of environment.

The bugs in new versions should be fixed with small patches preferably to avoid complete version upgrade.

Many options in Identity enforcer helped to resolve the production problems in the current environment.
I am always thanks to exclusions at minor level, Password station customizations which is forcing the complexities to users and HR feed which is very good automation from the effort & time-saving point of view.
What I love most about Avatier is the ability to take actions from Talent Central and provision creation, updates and terminations while meeting our requirements (Our business needs). Of course this is just a tool, the real seller for Avatier is the Professional, gentile, kind, happy, positive and TRUTHFULL qualities that every employee of Avatier has with in them. That can not be shown or taught. It is part of those individuals DNA. Avatier will continue to be successful as long as they continue to have individual as the ones that I was able to be exposed to (Jeremy, Matthew for a short while and for the long term of my projects Nora and the VIP in my case Uronda Dawan.) Another great fact about Avatier is the ability to do knowledge transfer. That is key. They find ways to explain the products to so many different types of people so that they ALL understand and the product could keep on moving forward. I should know I have worked with them for two years. There were some challenging individuals, but Avatier team was positive found the light of the meeting and ensured that the group in general was please with the direction. When Avatier said that they would do something they delivered. Thank you!

IAM responsibilities (account creations, updates and modifications, Terminations. met in line is role basing and reporting. Most importantly termination in a timely manner that will guarantee successful Audits as it pertains to terminations and accurateness.
The customer interface makes using the product easy to use. When you are able to do simple IT tasks on your own it saves you time and your company money. There is nothing complicated about it really. I love being able to get back to my job quickly without having to stop and call a service desk.

As a Help Desk Manager our Service Desk utilized the Privilege and Role Reconciliation on a daily basis to provide our user with a experience that simplified their experience along with the Service Desk. We were quickly apply security access to ours quickly and easily and easily assisted our users using Single Sign on.
Our Service Desk used this product daily basis and did not really find any issues. It was easy to use and found that the reporting was very useful to use by identifying field user that my have not sign into our environment in a while and was able to be proactive and contact those identified users.
Yes I would recommend this product. At the time our Service Desk found this product easy to use.
At the Service desk one of the major benefit for our organization was password reset and self service password resets. Also the single sign-on function used was a major asset by allowing our user to maintain have one password for all of our systems that we used in are environment.
What I like best is the ease of use and click through navigation. I also like the bread crumbs that are presented.
I have not seen the integration with single sign on.
