It is very user-friendly. There are no extra unnecessary bells and whistles, just straight to the point. There are easy to follow directions pop-up directions on each page when you first sign up that are very helpful to get to know the software.

There is nothing I dislike about it. It meets every need I have very easily.

There's really only one use for it - to show when a property is available. It serves its sole purpose very well and very simply. The support is also great and very prompt!

You can customize with just a few clicks, there are no ads, you embed the calendar on your website with a simple copy/paste and it works with any CMS. You only need one account for as many properties as you need. Your visitors can see when your properties are available for booking.

Limited functions compared to other programs. Cannot print out hard copies for each rental property which would be helpful for maintenance and cleaning scheduling.

If you want uncomplicated, easy to use, easy to updated/edit then this will do the job for you. The calendar(s) will be visually effective on your website and pricing is reasonable.

I showed my client several booking calendar programs and this by far was the cleanest and easiest to embed on their website. There are other programs with many more bells an whistles, but this calendar program keeps it simple. My client reports managing the availability of their vacation homes easily themselves.
