Avail.com makes things very easy as a landlord. Granted, I only have one Duplex wish I had more, but having their software makes things much easier. It still could use a couple of tweaks, but my overall experience has been very positive.

Best app for do it yourself property management

I shopped around with a lot of different companies and the fees involved plus what they was requesting I do for a move in was insane. I found this app and being that I am a maintence person by trade, this worked out so great for me. I am able to manage and handle everything including my taxes with this app. ABSOLUTLY LOVE AVAIL! Best app on the internet!
