I really appreciate how quick and easy it can be to create new courses, the way I can track staff completion, and the knowledge assessment tools that can be incorporated into lessons are an excellent way to make sure learners are grasping the content I'm using to train. The direct support and communication I've gotten from Zee and Priyanka has also been much appreciated!

Have not encountered anything I dislike, rather appreciate what I'm able to do with Auzmor and continue to learn new ways to best utilize what it has to offer.

Auzmor Learn has been a great tool that has helped modernize how my organization delivers various trainings for initial hires and existing staff who periodically undergo Continuing Education sessions. The ability to deliver courses in a more engaging way with style has been a great asset for our training program.

Auzmor Learn is very intuitive for Admin and Learners alike. Creating courses takes minutes, and quizzes can be added to measure effectiveness. The learner home page provides a simple and comprehensive status on assigned courses.

There is not a robust process for documenting on the job training.

Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. The reporting capability makes pulling records for compliance audits as easy as clicking a few buttons versus digging through file folders.

Our company is spread out over a large geographical area; Auzmor gives us the ability to offer a consistent experience for each learner without having to dislocate them away from their home.

We'd like to see a few features added to their system; having discussed these with the Auzmor team, we are assured that these will become available with upcoming releases! Of course, we'd like to see them immediately, but having to wait a few months is reasonable when we consider how much the software has added to our training productivity.

The biggest issue for us was being able to offer a consistent new-hire training experience throughout our retail chain. With Auzmor we know that each learner is receiving the exact same information and being held to equal standards.

The overall product is very easy to use.

Being able to easily assign courses to locations and monitor their process has been a breeze with Auzmor.

I love that Auzmor has a robust reporting feature and that, for the most part, it is very intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the "cleanliness" of the user interface - it is clear and easy to navigate. We went with the entire Go1 content library and that, in itself, is a huge bonus for us. There are over 75,000 pieces of content for us to choose from. The support we have received has been great - we have a manager of customer support overseeing our implementation and the training we have received has been on point and useful.

I have not experienced any major "downsides" although I do feel that getting a course launched (published) is a bit lengthy and has a lot of steps. Other than that, the team has been very responsive and addressed all of our needs, questions, and concerns.

We have not had a quality learning management system since I arrived here in October. Once I found Auzmor, I am anticipating engagement skyrocketing because we now have a system by which people can be trained and developed professionally. Also, prior to Auzmor, I could not assign training to anyone who was NOT in our payroll system because the LMS was linked to the payroll system so that was a huge problem solved.

The Branches option are the best to categories branches & the Social Learning - Forum are good too

Our employee onboarding process has gotten faster and saves time on individual employee training. Helps track the progress of the employee learning journey and assess their training needs etc.

User friendly. an easy user interface, smooth navigation, good admin support, transparency, good communication, and smooth onboarding.

Yet to navigate the platform more but would like to see certain customizations for different organizations.

Structured and organized training + policy & protocol knowledge check + smooth, trackable onboarding processes

One of the most helpful features is the Interactive Course Creation which all of our employees have loved and It keeps them engaging with a lot of different modules & creative widgets.

We are in the process of exploring a few more features and It is too early to give dislikes. So far Auzmor Learn is one of the best LMS we have used in the past.

The major problem that we are solving today with Auzmor Learn are:

*We are now able to track the course completions of our employees.

* Send reminders to employees to take the course and Due date reminders are best.

* Most of our Online Trainings are conducted using "Events" which is helpful to track the attendance of attendees and Also conduct a quick assessment right after the training.
