It's easy to use, the UI is nice and it's easy to navigate. Installing the controller via docker was simple and the sales guy was quick to reply. It has SNMP and alot of other methods which just work without hassle. It's something that you don't have to login to everyday because it will send email alerts.

I wish the pricing was upfront instead of waiting for a qoute.

We're working to get alot more organized and Auvik is giving us alot of network information.

I'm a big fan of Auvik being vendor-augnostic. It works with any device that you can SSH or telnet into or has an snmp agent.

The adoption process is rather teadious. It takes a while for Auvik to discover devices (overnight for our team). We created seperate vlan jsut for Auvik management to make it more simplistic and seamless.

We deploy Pfsense off-site. With Auvik we are able to get status updates if something goes wrong (i.e. update, hardware, etc)

It excels in simplifying network management. Real-time visibility into network infrastructure is a game changer.

While platform offers robust functionalities, some users might find the learning curve is a bit steep.

Network mapping features like monitoring

I love the ability to work with support and actually see improvement to the product. The UI is one of the easiest to use. There are many features I am still learning. It was quite easy to implement and the support team was more than helpful during the process.

Some growing pains as we introduced large networks. It also seems there was a few times updates weren't really tested thoroughly before being released. Still hard to dislike, as the issues were always rectified promptly.

We had too many alerts and too much data going into the last monitoring tool. It also was too expensive. Auvik has streamlined this data, and does it in a more cost effective manner.

It's provided me valuable insight into how our network topology looks and functions. I arrived to a mess of a network stack with no documentation and nearly zero institutional knowledge. Auvik was critical in getting me the info I needed rapidly to hit the ground running and make an impact to the company right away.

It is almost too feature rich and complex. I had a hard time finding the data I wanted to to document through the options. This isn't a terrible problem to have, mind you, but it did take some time and youtube videos to really be able to use this effectively.

Most recently I needed to determine how much of our internet 'pipe' we were using on an average day; not bandwidth per se, but how much of our 500mb down/up were we drawing, on average, through the business day. Using Auvik I was able to capture that data and give a meaningful answer to that question that resulted in us taking advantage of 1gig fiber contract that was being offered at a very reduced rate from the local cable company.

It's great for managing anything from 1 dashboard and I got a free switch

I'm able to see what's connected on my network. Auvik also lets me know what is disconneted.

There isn't anything I dislike about the product. Everything so far has worked out great for me.

Auvik has given me insight as to what is on my network, what devices need attention and notifies me of potential issues with Access Points.

Extremely easy to setup and run a discovery of unknown environments. Getting customer support is easy to do. Great tool for day to day montoring. Easy to integrate with other platforms. Feature rich.

I like the alerts the best, they help me to see what is going on a at all my locations at all times. I know when things go down before users report it. I can address those issues quicky and efficiently that way.

For the most part, I am very plesed with Auvik and don't have anything I dislike about it.

the traffic insights are really great to idenitfy shadow it and connections to undesireable parts of the world.

Really love the network maps. I have a complexe enviroment i dont think i would have been able to map with such detail alone
