What do you like best?

The support team help me a lot and the workflow using automate.io is so powerful that you can build any system to track, billing, register and anything else....I extremely recommend the power-up to build anything that you need....that's no limits for what automate.io can do

"The best service for JIRA"
What do you like best?

I searched for a long time an automation service that worked perfectly with Atlassian JIRA, Automate.io was the only one that worked.

I'm using it for Hubspot, JIRA, Zendesk, Mailchimp, Mandril, Google chat, Google Sheets And Gmail integration. It's really a very good and cheap service. It also has fast and efficient support.

What do you dislike?

To create large bots, I had to use the firefox browser and increase the RAM from 8 to 16GB.

Integration of various services without the need to know how to program or the help of the IT team.

What do you like best?

Easy to setup, no hassle. I have little experience with these kind of things but Automate.io is very easy to use. Their tech support team is always on hand to help out when needed and they will always do all they can to ensure that everything is running smoothly for you

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, bots fail but that's I guess that's just part of working with technology.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Automate.io to link my internal Google Sheets to Google Calendar. We are a Plumbing, heating and insulation company with roughly 200 installs happening per month and without this bot it would become impossible to manage.

What do you like best?

The user interface and the what-you-see-is-what you get is such a great too: you can go deep inside the tools creating a "tailor made" solution base on your needs.

You can even connect almost every service in the world with something else with multiple conditions even in the free version.

Technical support are simply amazing: the guys (and girls!) are efficient, very precise and helpful. Send an email and you solve any issue.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there are weird errors by servers, but I think it's quite normal: so many services linked together (Google, Microsoft etc.).

If you're not able to do something, just write to help@automate.io and they'll help you in a minute.

Reporting inside a Google Sheet every appointment created, modified or deleted inside a specific Google Calendar.

What do you like best?

Automate.io helped us to integrate our Weebly website with our Active Campaign account. It works brilliantly. I could not have done it with the help of Jay, who helped me every step of the way. The customer service is simply amazing, I can highly recommend using Automate.io enough!

I have not experienced any problems so far

Integration between our Weebly website and Active Campaign. Now contacts show automatically up in our AC database. Big benefit, saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best?

Sagar was professional and investigated my problem. He allowed me to explain what I had already tried & very quickly he spotted the problem. Once I had shown him how I have set up the bot he was very quick to understand it & then fix the problem for me.

What do you dislike?

I cannot speak more highly of Sagar & I was very surprised about the service. I had to wait a few hours to get through to him but still that's pretty good as far as I am concerned.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its difficult to get started with it but once you do & start to see the time benefits to you & your employees you will wonder why you didn't get started sooner.

we automate our invoices sing automate.io. This means there are no human errors and the invoices are sent to our customers very quickly (same day most of the time). This system is brilliant because it means we get paid on time & we don't have to spend hours doing this type of admin task.

"Makes it easy to automate and connect apps!"
What do you like best?

The drag-and-drop interface makes setting up bots very easy. I was able to integrate the CRM I created in Airtable with Acuity Scheduling, Square, and Google Contacts. Now I don't have to quadruple-enter new clients. Yay!

What do you dislike?

Automate.io just needs to keep getting better and better, as it has been doing. I tried using it last year and couldn't get my apps to connect to it, but now the process went perfectly smoothly. Adding Evernote would be excellent!

I have several different apps that keep different types of client information. I didn't want to abandon them for finicky, expensive, cumbersome CRM software, so instead I used Airtable to make a custom CRM. Unfortunately, all of these apps didn't talk to each other the way I wanted, so I was having to enter client info into each of them: Airtable, Google Contacts, Acuity, Square. Thanks to Automate.io, now I just have to enter the client info into Airtable and it's automatically sent to the other three!

What do you like best?

New modern client approach. Very flexible in cancel account in any time. They send you an email if you are not using the platform with free help/advice to configure the boots activity.

They really help me with technical issues I never could fix by my no tech profile.

I really appreciate it!!

What do you dislike?

In customer service, nothing.

In the platform maybe use folders to sort the boots (but it's something they told me is coming soon).

Yes!! A good industry friend tell me about them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Depending on you profile and needs, some boots can be very tricky. With their help I don't need to look for another tech provider to resolve my problems. And Always they have time to help again and again.

I don't have an expensive/enterprise account, so this is more valuable and lovely,.

I love these guys.

The user interface is very good, better that the competition. The bots are also reliable.

My login got messed up for some reason, so I needed to contact support using email. But I got is solved in 10 minutes.

Not only my business will run so much easier with their product on Etsy, but people are also so helpful even with my very stupid questions!

What do you dislike?

I love it very much, and I don't dislike any.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd highly recommend especially to Etsy users to manage the orders on Automate.io as you will need all the tools available such as google products and Trello. Etsy does not have these functions, unfortunately, and Automate.io will be your lifesaver! I am not good at computers and programming but you get enough help to get through!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I wanted to have my order plugged into my google calendar automatically so I don't have to manually input. This saves so much time. I am planning on adding the shipping information next.
