What do you like best about Automat?

Automat has been an excellent partner in building our brand's first Messenger Bot. Their deep industry experience specialized in beauty helped us jump several steps ahead and streamline the process. They were able to help shape our goals for the experience to be in line with an ideal beauty consumer user experience.

Automat also was INCREDIBLY responsive at every hurdle we encountered. They went above and beyond building out connections to other vendor's tools and overhauling the messaging tree based on late game feedback.

What do you dislike about Automat?

Adapting the messaging in the decision trees was a manual process that was a bit hard to track. The documents are set up intuitively for the automat team, but not as easy to navigate for our team. They

- Schedule review rounds with your team - and leadership early and often!

- Bring in ALL other vendors that need to integrate into the tool early and FULLY vet their capabilities and limitations to get a clear understanding about who will need to build what to support a healthy integration.

- Work with a media plan

What problems is Automat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bringing our shopping, education and diagnostic tools for Bobbi Brown's foundation/complexion product offering to the consumer in a streamlined way - allowing her to choose how and what information she wants to access. We aim to have this serve as a more effective consideration phase ad unit and also help boost our first party data on customers skin concerns and natural language.

What do you like best about Automat?

Automat's key strength is in the power of their technology to allows us to scale conversational marketing/sales efforts. They are really driving the conversational space with their breakthrough technology.

Second, their collaboration with us has been truly exceptional. Always willing to partner closely, generate new ideas and super responsive with all of our needs.

Automat used to be only messenger but now they have added new channels like web and conversational landing pages which mostly resolved our concerns.

What problems is Automat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to find new ways to engage consumers, in the spaces they care about, and through the channels they prefer. The amount of choice that is available in the market makes it difficult for consumers to find products that match their needs. We want to simplify the decision process for consumers and provide personalized recommendations for their skin needs and concerns.

To date we have shown high volume of engagement with conversational marketing as well as strong KPI's as it relates to time spent, conversion rate and average order value.

What do you like best about Automat?

It's always about the team and the Automat team is not only the best in the biz but they are a delight to work with. Collaborative, timely and always bringing fresh, new and industry leading ideas. Launching the world's first influencer chatbot for CoverGirl was a huge project and it went smoothly and has stood the test of time.

What do you dislike about Automat?

That I don't have more projects to collaborate with them on.

What problems is Automat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a new way to innovate in the area of influencer marketing. We worked with Automat to create the worlds' first "Influencer Chat Bot" which really helped to create a better and more conversational way for brands (in this case CoverGirl) to converse with their consumers. It was very successful and continues to pay dividends today.
