I love how everything is on one platform

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

I can't say that there is anything that I really dislike about it, I think getting used to the platform will make a big difference.

What problems is AutoLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently AutoLeap is trying to help us solve an issue with a few inventory details. We were trying to make some changes on some inventory details and when we changed ]something, then the system would make the same change on another similar inventory item.

What do you like best about AutoLeap?

The combination of CarFax with Motor gives you the vehicle lookup from the beggining, followed by specifications and a quick charge out at the end.

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

We had a hard time at first learning the system, but with practice we were able to work with it.

AutoLeap is helping us finding the labor and the specifications for every vehicle really quick.

The software is easy to use and has robust support, overall a very modern and clean alternative to some of the old managment software avalible

The MOTOR Labor guide integration is fairly incomplete, the labor guide does not contain many key info items comparable labor guide alternatives have

CLOUD BASED. EASY TO CREATE ESTIMATES. GREAT CALENDER, TEXT CHAT, AND CUSTOMER PHONE/COMPUTER VIEW OF ESTIMATES BEING ABLE TO DECLINE AND APPROVE JOBS. WORK FLOW TABS HELPS KEEP TRACK ON VEHICLES. EASY INTERGATION. TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO GET THE HANG OF THE MANAGMENT.

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

MERCHANT SIDE TAKES THEIR SWEET TIME TO SETUP AND INTERGRATE!

SUPPORT ON GLOBAL PAYMENTS IS NOT THE BEST.

BIG TICKET JOBS TAKE A LONG TIME TO CREATE AN ESTIMATE VS MITCHELL.

PARTSTECH IS A BIT SLOW. WOULD BE NICE IF WORLDPAC SOFTWARE CAN WORK WITH THE MANAGEMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH PARTS TECH.

LOTS OF OPEN TABS

HARD TO DELETE A INVOICE OR FIX A WRONG CUSTOMER ON A NEW VEHICLE

TECHNICIAN OVERVIEW ON BIG JOB DOESN'T HAVE A OVERVIEW ON TABLET. HAS TO CLICK ONE JOB AT A TIME.

REPORTS FOR TECHNICIANS CAN'T BE PRINTED WITHOUT USING ANOTHER APP LIKE EXCEL!

MOTOR FOR LABOR RATES ISN'T THAT GOOD. PREFER ALLDATA OR PRODEMAND.

It was a pretty seemless transition from our previous software and the customer service to address any glitches was excellent.

We don't have complaints about the product. We are enjoying using it.

What do you like best about AutoLeap?

Since I reached out to the they were extremely helpful and very willing to answer any question I had. Their implementation team has always been on point and continue to provide excellent service. I have used other shop management software and they seem to take a while to respond to any question that I have. With autoleap they answered my question wishing the same day, if they didn't have a answer for they made sure to find the answer to me in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Autoleap to new customers. Thank you autoleap for taking the time to show me the awesome program you guys provide!

Their was nothing that I disliked about autoleap.
