Simple to use but very effective for cold email campaigns.

I regret not being able to use more mail addresses, to launch different campaigns on different services.

I expect one or more automation features to be implemented

AutoKlose is an excellent tool for automating emails. You may use just one email to send personalized messages to several thousand recipients simultaneously.

The issue we encountered was with some emails going to spam folders, but that's more of a technical challenge with email marketing in general.

We can focus on developing connections with the most pertinent prospects with the help of AutoKlose's extensive database, automation tools and analytics which will ultimately increase our sales income.

How easy it is to use and that their training is straightforward and helpful!

Wish I could make it "prettier" sometimes (say, for a Christmas card) but then again maybe I can (I haven't plumbed all the depths yet!)

Very simple and easy to use. It can be used as a stand-alone tool or works great with your CRM. You can be up and running in minutes and generating powerful emails that can be tracked and A/B tested to determine the emails that are most effective for your organization.

Nothing, it is the best email automation tool I have used to date.

Make sure you don't focus on the bells and whistles of other providers when Autoklose can deliver the core of what you may need.

AutoKlose gives you the ability to reach many customers in a single campaign, while appearing as though you are personalized for a single email. They then provide the analytics you need to diagnose your success - who you reached, who opened your email, who responded.

I wish that they provided some better tools for creating your templates. It is not always "easy" to get your graphics properly sized or centered.

AutoKlose gives us the ability to reach a large customer base during times when our customer's doors remained locked.
