"Easy and efficient!"

What do you like best?

The shortcuts that work with this program are easy to learn and help hotel tasks go quickly and easily.

What do you dislike?

Some specific things are hard to work with, for example incorporating the right amount of tax into product sales.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Learn and use the shortcuts!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All of them! Editing, changing and cancelling reservations. Blocking rooms so employees don't use them and making sure rooms are marked clean correctly to avoid huge issues. Very proactive software.

Allows to easily edit and maintain guest lodging rates as well as scheduling the days of their visits.

What do you dislike about AutoClerk PMS?

Don’t like how the application tends to glitch at times as well as the loading time when we try to refresh the application.

Solving a complex lodger problem that streamlines all the guest information in one place as required.
