Cheap cost for the same thing as big names

It's easy and simple to use, essential for all workshop staff. The response rate to a question or a problem is speedy and effective. Signing up for the monthly subscription was right, as they constantly upgraded the features. They also take feedback seriously and try incorporating it where it makes sense.

I haven't found anything i dislike yet, as every time I complain about something or need help, they deal with it instantly.

Invoicing, tracking, service reminder, staff management, accounting, access to info from wherever you are, accessible to all staff, SMS feature, email feature, mobile feature and more

Inspection and diagnose module. i can do the diagnose and add it to my customer

the traduction are not good. i can not have report in french language

Good program easy, to use covers, my needs as a small motorcycle shop

Not much for motorcycles repairs but lots of the auto does apply

Inventory tracking work order flow

Once a vehicle is in the system, it's easy to create a repair order (job card) and looking at the history of the vehicle. Been on it a year and has been much better than anticipated.

The inventory is a challenge to manage. It does a better than average job tracking inventory but does take some adjusting on stocking inventory. It pulls from similar descriptions. Not a huge deal.

It does a great job of keeping track of customers' records. Adding parts to our inventory and charging them out on Job cards is very professional.

The product is excellent and I'm happy to use it

The pricing is abit high otherwise its perfect

The software is user friendly. Easy to navigate. The clock in feature and vin decoder are amazing but what I really love is the online payment option and the fact that a client can electronically sign estimates is great.

To be honest. There isn’t anything I dislike about it. I’ve used other shop management systems in the past but I truly enjoy this platform and that’s why I stay a subscriber

Do NOT forget your log in.

Just basic shop management and service intervals. Also helps with invoice and revenue numbers. I definitely am a lot more productive. Business increased.

The vin decoder isn't very accurate and changes info to incorrect vehicle ids

Also, the software comes with a lot of very useful tools like VIN decoder and licence plate reader plus integrations like carfax and CarMD

I have not found any major issues yet! So far I like it a lot!
