What do you like best about Augury?

1. The customisation they provided for my family business is exceptional.

2. They have an amazing support staff that helps me with all the problems.

What problems is Augury solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistency is a concern for me. Even though they provide me with the best possible service, but at times notification reaches to me a bit late. They can improve in that sector.

What do you like best about Augury?

The support staff from Augury is phenomenal, including the Vibes Analysts, CSM's, and RSM's. They truly make the Augury experience better all around. Additionally, the value generated from the product is invaluable.

What do you dislike about Augury?

There is still room for improvement regarding notifications about fallen Eps and IoT health issues. Another area of opportunity is having sensors that are rated for C1D1 classified areas.

What problems is Augury solving and how is that benefiting you?

Augury is helping us with our Machine health and predictive maintenance. It identifies issues potential issues early in the failure mode life cycle and allows our teams to investigate, plan, and repair accordingly.
