I like that my contacts make me feel like I am part of their company and they are part of mine. Their service and customer dealings are outstanding from all I have experienced. I have had several with their company President and dozens of calls, video calls, emails, texts wih my main Account Rep over the last year.

That they are in Texas and not in my area so I can visit personally with them more often.

I have some pretty successful methods of selling all tied to Meta/Facebook. If I was to get shut off of Facebook most of my activities would stop. That is the reason I first came to Auction Software and one of the reasons I continue to work with them.

We made an online reverse auction platform with Auction Software. We had a very specific need and Auction Software's team did a great job, we got exactly what we needed, with all the customizations in around 2-3 months. The platform works very well, it's easy to use and the team is quick in support & communication.

So far there are no downsides to using Auction Software. We had a tight deadline and there was some miscommunication in the beginning phase of our project, but Auction Software's team handled it very professionally and delivered exactly what we needed.

For us Auction Software is an affordable solution to create easy-to-use and competitive reverse auctions.

La plataforma sólo soporta el idioma inglés, siendo una limitante para los empleados que no manejen este idioma.

It is a fun software program in that you can play around with it, it has solved an issue in that it makes our fundraisers more accessable to more people

Resource planning, projwct planning, reporting and analysis have become easier with casecamp. There are alot of interactive features that make it better than others.

The ease of use and the customer service lack a little in their service.

I have used it to work along with stakeholders to understand the project and agree on what project sucess looks like.
