The hardest part of digital marketing is being sure which campaign is driving sales. Esp when you have multiple campaigns on different platforms live at the same time. Attribution gives us that data.
The Attribution platform is one of the most simple, yet robust platforms I've personally had the experience of using. The clarity and granularity it has given us into the success of our marketing channels and paid marketing campaigns are incomparable to any attribution platform I've used prior.
Due to how much data we are processing, there are some instances where the platform is slower than we'd like. But those are few and far between over the course of a week, where myself and our team us their platform daily.

Solving the problem of how are our marketing channels and paid marketing campaigns performing in terms of both CAC and ROAS. Has been so helpful with getting down to the source of truth behind all our campaigns, all possible through Attribution's platform.
The ease of use of the platform is fantastic, meaning that marketeers of all capabilities and standards can both use the data, and understand it.

Attribution helps use to get a better understanding of which channels are driving value for the business, which is quintessential for a small business trying to increase its marketing expenditure in the most efficient manner. It also helps me as a manager educate my team to think about the user journey as a whole, rather than a single touch point, which is what Google analytics typically promotes.
The platform is easy to use and intuitive. The staff is extremely helpful and will work with you to set up your account in such a way that you are able to see as much value as possible. There is so much customization included that no matter your need, you can really make it a platform that works for you. I love that you can choose to do either by individual or account and get as granular with your channels as you would like. It's definitely designed with flexibility in mind.
It would be nice to see retroactive reporting capabilites.
Attribution reporting is an extremely difficult thing to accomplish. Attribution App makes it easy. We can clearly see the value of the channels we are using and able to see the most common customer journey paths. You can even do at the account level!

Revenue metric isn't super relevant for us as a subscription service.

Setup was already very simple and the integration with Segment made things even easier. Setting up new channel groupings is quick and intuitive and the customer support is top-notch.
Nothing major yet! We've had a few minor issues with the default conversion event switching back and forth between conversions but this is more of a minor inconvenience than anything.
Give these folks a shot! It's a great, simple, easy-to-use, cost-efficient solution with a really great team of support reps.
Being able to quickly and efficiently view all of our conversion event data by channel in one centralized location without the need for complex Google Analytics filters has been a game-changer. Being able to natively view spend and CPA by channel in one centralized repository has also allowed us to optimize our media dollars with a lot of agility.
Revenue Tracking! We are able to track how much revenue our marketing campaigns are earning. With Attribution we are doing this much more accurately. We also REALLY enjoy their level of customer service and attention to their customers. Attribution has very short turnaround times and it doesn't take long to hear back from them. They've been a pleasure to work with.
Nothing as of yet. Any small improvement myself or my team has shared, Attribution was very quick to respond and in some cases, began implementing these changes right away.
Omni-channel attribution. Before Attribution, we only gave credit to "Last Touch", which didn't give credit to our customers' entire digital journey. However with Attribution, we are able to see the level of influence each marketing channel has on each other. Also, we recently integrated our Direct Mail PURL campaign into the platform and we are starting to see how much omni-channel attribution we truly have and which channels help push lead conversion.
We needed to setup an attribution platform fairly quickly before launching our company and website. The platform was easy to setup and integrate with Shopify, FB, Google, and other 3rd party ad platforms. We were able to see results by source and campaign type, and change attribution model to see how it impacts results. Most of the metrics (sales, clicks, user-level-data) are fairly accurate. I've been using the platform for 5 months now and so far it has all the features we need.
I don't have any strong dislikes, however there are some minor areas that could use some polishing. It's more in the UX space than functionality. The data picker tends to reset or doesn't remember my last setting, so I have to remember to set it before analyzing the data. The company has been super responsive to our input and making adjustments to the tool.
This is a great tool that give you the insight you're looking for w/o taking a big chunk of your budget.
We directionally rely on the campaign performance from the various digital marketing platforms we use to drive sales, however a lot of these platforms tend to be very optimistic when attributing sales. Since we run multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, most of these platforms are taking credit for the same conversion. Attribution has helped paint a more realistic picture on who gets how much of each credit.
Super simple to setup. Integrates via segment. Super intuitive UI.
Attribution has made us a more agile where we can easily drill down and find out how our marketing dollars are working and work towards improving our channel ROI. This is one of those softwares that gets opened the first thing in the morning, alongside our email.
Developers love it, marketers love it, bosses love it even more, what else can you ask for!

We love how you can change the attribution model from position-based, to first touch and last touch. This feauture makes it easy to compare them for us.
Sometimes certain integrations are turned off and we are not notfied in any way. We dont get a notification for it unless we are in the platform itself. It would be nice to get an email notification when a intergration turns off.
