This company provides amazing support and service, and a very robust tool for connecting with our customers to nourish and build strong relationships with them. There are also many powerful segmentation features and analytics. They are also great at ensuring TCPA compliance.
I have yet to find anything negative about this company. They constantly improve and add new features to their platform and have a world-class team to make it happen.

We are connecting on a more intimate level with our customers. We have built a massive list with their tools and can send messages that customers want to see with a few clicks. It's been an enormous factor in helping us to grow our company.
I only have positive things to say about Attentive. The team is incredibly responsive and always mindful of our KPIs and Budgets. I meet with our account manager once every two weeks and Ellyson constantly brings new ideas, strategy recommendations and assistance to help us make the most of our SMS campaigns. We have a small marketing team and so sometimes we don't have the resources internally to make the most of the platform. Attentive has solved this by offering to help us build journeys and draft campaign ideas for us too.
I don't have any dislikes per se, although I'm keen that a few new features are introduced. Namely, integrating concierge costs into the reporting dashboard so that it's easier to keep an eye on spend and improving Concierge AI (concierge is an add-on service whereby agents will respond to customer text messages).
We trialled the Concierge AI in November/December 2023 and had to turn it off as it was saying inaccurate things to our customers and ignoring feedback.
Email is such a busy market and so SMS helps us break through to our customers in a new and unique way. Our ROI is really impressive when it comes to SMS (40 ROI in the first year) and it has been hugely beneficial in boosting traffic to the website.

The only thing I can think of is not being prepared for Shopify's new checkout experience which caused issues with their analytics - we could still track SMS performance, but only through GA4.

The most healpul thing about Attentive is how user-friendly the platform is overall. I was able to pick it up in a very short time period. Setting up your SMS, A/B testing and reporting is all quite easy and straight-forward.
I can honestly say that I haven't run into major issues where I could pinpoint a downside, but one thing that I would love to see optimized is the way that A/B results are presented in the platform, once you click to see your campains for example, I think could be a bit better, but that's all.
The main issue that Attentive SMS solves for us is user- reengagement and segmentation. What I mean by user engagement is that with SMS, we make sure that the majority of our customers or prospects are hearing from us daily, a few times a week, etc. depending on our goals. And then for segmentation, it helps us make sure we're not sendind the same messaging to someone who just joined our list vs someone who is familiar with the brand. So it overall just makes it easy for us to come up with targeted messaging.
The features it offers are Journey to create automate SMS sending plus sending promotional messages is also very easy. Support is also great, you get solution in no-time.
It charges you for the short codes and it's expensive.
I am collecting mobile numbers on my e com site with pop-up when user visit my site on mobile. Sending welcome promo code increased my number os orders.
