Attendify is extremely user friendly. They make it so easy to build out. Changes can be made quickly even when live. Our attendees love it because the agenda is always up to date and my team loves it because we can eliminate having to print and reprint paper agendas. I LOVE the push notifications even if I have to use a lot of abbreviations to get it to fit within the character limit.
3 things. 1. Attendify has the ability to have a registration but it is very basic information capture. I currently have to use another registration platform in conjunction with attendify. My registrations are a little more in depth and I need to be able to have conditional questions as well as a housing and travel section. 2. I have the same event 3 times a year with a few changes to each. It would be great if I was able to clone a previous event without having to pay an additional fee to do so. I currently have to rebuild the app each time. 3. I love the push notification but wish we got a few more characters to use.
If you are looking for a cost effective way to have a meeting app for your events, take a few minutes and go to Attendify and build out your app. You don't pay until you want it to go live. You will see how easy it is to use and how quickly you can build your app. Any questions that come up, use the live chat, they have a very fast response time. They also have articles that answer nearly every question I've ever had.
I cut down on wasting paper (lots of paper). My attendees always have the most up to date information. The attendees are engaged and love using the social feed.
We've used Attendify for our 1,000 person conference for the past 2 years. The set-up and dashboard are very user friendly. You're able to schedule posts and edit on the fly. They even copied over the event for year 2, so I didn't have to start from scratch.
My only complaint is that you cannot ask multiple choice questions. We did not realize it forced you to choose 1 until after the conference when we got complaints.
We are able to use the app to address client experience issues immediately. We also gamified the 2-day conference and were able to award prizes based on use.
The platform really made the event look professional. It offers a huge amount of customisation but also guides you to ensure you spend your time adding data rather than wrestling with the system. As far as our users were concerned, this was wholly our app. Even though we had some complex needs, we found that with a bit of exploration we could make them all work. A fantastic platform I have no reservations about recommending.
Very little. There are a couple of minor issues (e.g. having to treat attendees and speakers as separate entities, which means a bit of duplication for user-led session) but these are only a bit awkward setting up-- it has no impact on users. There is no native question moderation facility, but integration with sli.do is totally painless.

Being able to rely on the mobile app. I had to ditch another mobile app that was supposedly integrated with my registration system, but wasn't. I went to Attendify and was able to get it up and running within a couple of hours rather than days with the original system I bought.

The branded event app was great for our event, but we suggest diving into all of the tools Attendify provides in order to fully promote your app and put it to good use.
We wanted a way to reach our event attendees throughout the day of our event, while also going paperless by printing less programs, and giving attendees an easy way to navigate through a complicated venue. We saw a lot of attendees using the branded event app to get basic event information that usually would have been in a print out or they would need to get from a volunteer.
I used Attendify to create a guest app for a 2018 weekend upskilling festival within the charity sector, to communicate event maps and schedule information to 2500 guests. The on-event social media platform included in the app was extremely popular with our attendees, and the app was easy to create and customise. Very cutting edge functionality.

It turned out to be a much cheaper (but also much more useable and popular) way to communicate a large event schedule to attendees, as opposed to printing thousands of expensive guidebooks. Saved us money and thrust the annual, long standing event into the 21st century at the same time.
We've used Attendify's system both years for our leadership and professional development conference, the #MILLSUMMIT. The #MILLSUMMIT is geared toward young professionals looking to make an impact in their career and community, so most attendees are 35 and under - exactly the demographic who uses apps and understands modern technology - hence the need for an app. We researched different companies and concluded Attendify was best and plan to use them again for a third year in 2019. Attendify's customer service is great and responsive to all our our team's questions. For building the app, the web portal is simple to understand and the app is highly customizable for any event, large or small.
The biggest gripe we have is that there is no real integration with Instagram. Integration between all other relevant social media platforms in our space (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) is great. For the cost, it really only makes sense for larger events and conferences.
As previously written in other answers, Attendify provides a great and affordable solution to event and conference managers looking to use an app to connect effectively with their attendees.
The main problem with our event that Attendify solves is connectivity between attendees (including speakers). The app solves that. In both years we've had better than 65% download and use the app the day of the conference.
