What do you like best about Attendease?

I love that Attendease completely replaces my manual approach to conference programming and saves days' worth of time and countless human errors in the process.

What do you dislike about Attendease?

There were some syncing issues I had to find workarounds for.

Attendease helps me digitally schedule my entire program with easy drag-and-drop functionality while auditing my schedule placements against custom meta-data logic (like speakers, venue constraints, etc.) to avoid unintended scheduling conflicts. Since using Attendease, I've not experienced any show-stopping mistakes commonly caused by human error that I used to catch when scheduling manually using static, disconnected systems. Using Attendease has brought me peace of mind and returned much precious time to spend in other areas of the event planning process.

"Simple and easy"

What do you like best about Attendease?

We have found the Attendease support team to be extremely helpful! That sort of support makes all the difference. We have also found the platform to be sleek and user friendly.

What do you dislike about Attendease?

Some functionality isn't completely intuitive. However in those cases the support team has been so willing to help and teach us so that we never stay stumped for long.

What problems is Attendease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have found it to be so helpful for event registration and tracking. The payment interface is easy and also allows for passes and coupon codes, which we need.

"Incredible Events Management and Ticket/Presale Platform"

What do you like best about Attendease?

The user-interface is easy to use. Support team is responsive and engaged. The platform is built for events, events management, and ticket sales/presales. The platform excels when you have a template, and has a lot of great event management tools for events of varying sizes and length (a few hours to multi-day).

What do you dislike about Attendease?

A lot of our events and presales we do have the same pricing structure. That information we can't duplicate from event to event. We have to manually add each time. I do know the Attendease team has certain features in development and are rolling out updates consistently to address those challenges we and other organizations have.

What problems is Attendease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Events, events management/planning, marketing, and most of all -- ticket sales (including presales). Attendease has helped cut our platform costs by at least 30%, and improved our marketing/team/client efficiency by a factor of 10X.

"Great Product for Large Event Tracking"

What do you like best about Attendease?

I really enjoyed the flow of work between each part of Attendease. It was easy to manage my event from the database.

What do you dislike about Attendease?

Our event ios so large that sometimes there were integration problems with Attendease and our internal event database.

Highly intuitive event tool

PROS: We run a mid-size company, and our team often manages dozens of events in different types and sizes. This platform automates event management efficiently for us. It comes with useful features such as portals for events, event webpages, scheduling of activities, as well as management options for presenters, sponsors, and speakers.

CONS: We do not dislike anything with this event tool. It is highly customizable, and it frequently receives helpful updates too.

Best and most complete event management software

PROS: This tool is amazing to use for the event organizers, as well as it makes registration easy for guests. It’s because of its cool features such as event sites and downloadable smartphone app. It also has flexible scheduling and registration tools that you can easily modify, so they only display features you’d use. Worth mentioning is their reliable user support available whenever you need assistance, or if you want to make suggestions that can improve the platform or available features.

CONS: The tool has no disadvantages for me, it constantly improves through frequent updates. This makes the tool very suitable for us.

Terrific event planner app

PROS: The app is surely more than satisfactory, especially that it allows us to create professional-looking event sites easily. People who use Attendease in our company love it much as well. It also has great user support that helps us all the time, and they always make a quick response.

CONS: This app is largely helpful, thus we cannot point any problem. However, we have specific requirements that it cannot fulfill. Thankfully, the app can do many things, especially that it provides frequent updates and easy solutions.
